    Great looking refrigerator. Yes, Samsung has a bad reputation. I know! I just buy a protection plan. Appliances don’t last like they used to anyways anymore. The more technology they add to them even worse.

    Fantastic service from BestBuy. Bought as gift for family, technicians came and installed it in a flash. They also provided familiarization of all functions to my mother, demonstrating commitment to BestBuy's standards and the customer satisfaction. Samsung really outdid themselves with this desgin and the price may be steep, but I consider it an investment more than a cost. I would highly recommend this service and product to anyone who will listen. Thank you for everything and the opportunity to provide feedback for the chance at the $400 reward - I hope I get it!

    I loved the refrigerator, everything was perfect, I love the bottom part, it can be used as a refrigerator or freezer, and it's very spacious, but after two months the screen turned off and didn't turn on again for no apparent reason.
