Came home from vacation to a broken fridge and upgraded to this new Samsung. We have a deep freezer in our garage, so I love that I can make one of the bottom zones additional fridge space. Love the dual ice options. Love the water pitcher - we’ve made “spa” water our new refreshing treat. Very happy with my purchase.

The freezer design is what drew me in. The double doors and shelves make organizing so much easier! We would forget about food all the time in our chest freezer and this is an organizers dream to interact with.

Shocking how the person that took care of the replacement part for the refrigerator said that she is placing the order and once it arrives we will schedule the replacement. After 15 days when I called I found out that not only the woman lied to me about placing theborder because the woman that I was talking to said that she can not find any order for any parts. And it gets better be cause I called on the 15th day, Best Buy can not replace the part . I can only get a 100 dollars or they will exchange the refrigerator. I paid a lot of money for this refrigeration for me to have it with a big dent. Pretty sad and unfortunate that Best Buy will exchange the refrigerator but not the part. Well, we’ll see when the new refrigerator arrives on the 30th.

I really like all the features on this refrigerator… I do however wish they had told me the water dispenser on this model is not functional for auto fill… the ice maker choices is great and the fact that you have a choice to use two compartments for freezer but one is flexible to be refrigerator if that suits your needs

The fridge has more technology than I anticipated, an app that controls ice size, auto fill the water jug, and temperature controls. Great fridge with lots of storage

Very nice and great features. Not magnetized so can’t put my magnetic shopping list on front or sides. Beautiful and works well. Door is a bit hard to close, it bounces back open too easily, yet it has an alarm that sounds if the door is not shut properly.

Samsung Bespoke is a very good investment and has awesome features. This refrigerator is compact and with enough for a family. I will recommend this item.

We love this refrigerator! Great design & fits our needs. We ordered the light blue panels so it stands out beautifully in the kitchen. Sleek look with no handles. The doors are easy to open. It is so much easier seeing and pulling out freezer items given the pull out trays, baskets and side door space. The beverage center is really nice and easy access to just get out the drinks. I highly recommend this fridge.

This fridge makes me feel luxurious and its everything I have ever wanted. The flex zone and beverage center is a huge upgrade that I cannot imagine living without now. The process to purchase was easy and install was quick.

We’ve had the fridge for almost a month now, and it works great so far. Interestingly, its capacity is lower than our previous fridge yet we have enough space now and some for items. I guess design matters more than I thought. My one con is we got the counter depth because we wanted it to fit into the insert perfectly, but it did not due to the height. The fridge has a plastic cover around the hinges that add a whole inch to the height. So make sure you have a minimum height of 73” if you want it to fit perfectly or you’ll have 13” sticking out like I do. Great fridge. Highly recommend. Delivery was on time too and installation done well.
