This refrigerator is great. Glass doors are a lot easier to clean vs. Stainless steel. Beverage drawer is really handy. We have the counter depth version and it has plenty of space. Nearly silent in operation

Sleek, beautiful design, but I wish we had compartments for fridge items. Cheese, eggs, etc. Otherwise, the drink drawer is amazing. The filtered water and ice options are really nice too.

We love the refrigerator, the process to have it installed and the service associated with the purchase and the removal and replacement of the refrigerator. The door ice maker was not functioning upon installation and Best Buy sent out a serviceman to evaluate the problem and diagnosed it as defective and BB is replacing the entire refrigerator. They are good on their promises and service.

This fridge is all show and no substance. It looks sleek, but in reality, it’s a constant headache wrapped in fingerprint-prone stainless steel.
In under 2 years, I’ve had to submit three separate service requests:
Two for water leaking inside the fridge
And now it trips every GFCI outlet in my kitchen — making it completely useless where it’s meant to be installed.
My home is brand new (built in 2021), and I even had a licensed electrician replace the outlet and confirm everything is wired perfectly. Samsung support kept trying to blame my house instead of addressing what is clearly a defect in the fridge. It took way too much effort just to get a warranty repair scheduled.
On top of all that? The stainless steel finish collects fingerprints like crazy, and the interior feels cheap and flimsy — nothing like what you'd expect for this price point. The shelves and drawers feel more budget than premium.
If you’re shopping based on aesthetics and smart features, don’t fall for it. This fridge has been one of the most frustrating appliance purchases I’ve ever made.

Samsung Freezer Problems Continue

This like past Samsung refrigerators we have procured is already having problems with the ICE Maker. The door is already having a difficult time closing when the freezer freezes over.

The only flaw to this is the replacement panels Don offer four drawer color patterns. I love the Navy Blue, but the fourth drawer (middle) isn’t offered in the Navy Blue. Only Green or some ugly yellows.

Great fridge, until it decided to go out and all our food went bad. Samsung came out to try and fix it and nothing could be done. So we've just had a broken fridge for 3 months now.

not purchased,,, but here is why. I've been trying to buy this SUPPOSEDLY cusomizeable panels fridge for 2 years. They advertise several colors and continue to show them in the picuters, but the colors availble are severly limited. Clementine and Yellow to add as accents have not been available for at least 2 years tho still advertised... and no one at Samsung or the Retailers has a clue. So I Won't buyt it. Why is this so difficult for a product advertised as fully cusomizeable ???

Refrigerator Arrive Broken

The service is terrible. My refrigerator arrived broken, the water and ice maker does not work. The installers were not trained to install and connect the refrigerator to the Wi-fi. No one could properly set up the refrigerator and I go days without any assistance.
