We bought this fridge to replace our older Kenmore, and it’s been a great upgrade. The design is sleek, and we chose the white glass panel, which looks fantastic. It’s very spacious inside, even though it doesn’t have a deli drawer, but that hasn’t been an issue for us. The shelves in the doors are thoughtfully designed, and we love the auto pitcher fill feature. While we don’t use the freezer much, I appreciate that it offers two different sizes of ice. I also want to mention the Best Buy delivery service—they were punctual, did an excellent job assembling the fridge, and hauled away the old one. Five stars for that!

I have had my BESPOKE 24 cu. ft 3 door fridge for about 2 months now. I love it. The sleek white design is very stunning in my kitchen. I like the auto fill pitcher although it does sometimes leak when pouring, but, it is a minor issue for me. Temperature seems to be great and consistent. Sometimes the ice falls to the back and bottom of the freezer when scooping it out. Also a minor inconvenience. Overall a very nice fridge.

6 weeks in and I lOVE this refrigerator. The space is amazing and so easy to find room for everything. The autofill water pitcher is perfect for filling bottles or just a glass. I'm not used to a bottom freezer but this holds so much. Love the two sizes of ice cubes. Occasionally I have to double check that the door is closed...it's so quiet. French door is the way to go!

This refrigerator has met all my needs. Perfect amount of space. The self filling water pitcher is a great option. Very easy to clean and keep organized which was my primary reason for purchasing a new refrigerator.

Was looking at the 30” cu ft version, but my wife preferred the counter depth one (24 cu. ft). The biggest difference is the inside depth of the refrigerator. Otherwise, the interior is almost exactly the same layout, except the 30 cu ft has a water dispenser in the door, while the 24 cu ft version has a water pitcher inside the door. However, over time I have notice the counter depth refrigerator’s interior shelving is not as sturdy as its larger brother’s. By that I mean the shelving structure seems to be a little flimsy compared to the larger 30 cu ft version. The two ice trays, that are in the freezer, are a great feature. It has two separate ice trays that produce two different size ice cubes and you just scoop the cubes up with the included ice scoop, that sits in its own little compartment. It’s a good refrigerator, but I wish I would have gotten the 30 cu ft version.

I have been looking into refrigerators for a little while. I was in no rush because we had a fully functioning one and just wanted to upgraded eventually. I finally decided on the Samsung BESPOKE 24 cu due to its sleek moderate look and the great price savings on the Labor day sale! I am very happy with my purchase. This refrigerator is really spacious, the water pitcher and ice maker are great additions and it can also be monitored via the Smarthings app! As of now I would recommend this product!

So quiet, I can’t hear it running! I returned 2 Frigidaire Gallery refrigerators for quality and damage issues within 30 days. They were absolutely inferior to this Samsung. Even if they had been working perfectly, the Gallery is just not as nice as the Samsung. Interior is beautiful and the self filling pitcher is wonderful. The freezer is on the small size given the space allocated to the ice bins. Sleek glass exterior takes some getting used to, but it looks great in my kitchen. I hope I don’t have to replace this for many years to come.

I bought a home 5 years ago that had a built in SubZero fridge. Without totally bashing that brand, there's something to be said about form over function, and I hated everything about that unit's form since day 1. Everything. Let's face it, a refrigerator/freezer's function is pretty simple: keep your food cold and fresh. For that reason form becomes the more important factor, and the Samsung Bespoke counter depth has that in spades. Soft close doors that are well balanced, stay open when you need, rest partly closed if you need, and gently shut when you're done. Ample space, adjustable multi-level shelving, with a unique half-depth shelf to allow taller item storage as needed, roomy drawers, VERY roomy door storage, dual sized ice maker, auto fill pitcher... the list goes on and it all just works drama free. Btw I have well water and the easily replaceable filter works really well, as made apparent by my ice having little to no taste or smell. The small control panel in the unit is simple enough to use, and though I haven't really explored much of the "smart" features, it's nice to know they're there for future use. On top of that and more, it also just looks really nice and modern, yet simple and understated, literally exactly what I'd want from a fridge, besides its obvious purpose which, btw, works flawlessly and quietly! Only small gripes are I wish there were a few more notches of shelf level customization than the few it has, and I wish the 2nd row of drawers could be opened with just one of the 2 doors open. But my solution to that was to put more frequently accessed items in the topmost drawer that can be opened with just one side open. A small compromise for an otherwise fantastic fridge.

We love our new refrigerator. The refrigerator has so much room, and storage space. I was concerned about the freezer space, I bought some organizing bins. We are enjoying the two sizes of ice, and the refillable water pitcher in the fridge. Even my husband keeps commenting on how much he likes the new refrigerator.

Absolutely love this refrigerator. The size is perfect and the different zones keep my veggies and my meat perfectly chilled. I am not a fan of stainless and also love how easy it is to clean the doors and the inside as well.
