My husband and I chose this fridge for our new home. We like that it's a nice size for a medium sized kitchen but it is still stylish and modern. The features work great, cools fast, and having the beverage center is a plus for our family. On the other side, we feel that it's a bit bulky for the actual inside storage space. Overall, it's a great fridge.

A refrigerator isn't something you would buy often, and for me was a large purchase. Our family is very satisfied with this refrigerator, this is our first with the freezer at the bottom which we are still getting used to. The refrigerator part is fantastic so far, so much space inside. I only wish we had slightly more options to move the shelves around. The beverage center is pretty cool, for me personally I think we could have just gotten the model with the pitcher(I love the pitcher!!) but my wife enjoys dispensing water from the push button. My biggest issue with the beverage center is that there isn't a button to open on the top, I am 6ft and its a little bit of a pain to open. Freezer space is enough for us. We absolutely love the ice cubes, the ice bites and regular is such a huge plus. In the future, its nice to know we can just exchange a panel if one was dented. I would recommend this product.

I love this refrigerator! first of all - its beautiful. the front is so sleek, no handles or labels. Water dispenser is inside. There is a separate beverage center that includes the water dispenser, an auto fill pitcher and room for drinks and a few other items that you'd like to be easily accessible. The water pitcher is excellent for filling water bottles!

This fridge is awesome! The beverage center is a game changer. Only thing that was a bit of a downer is the panels for the front aren’t cheap and we’re on back order for 2 months. Other than than the small and large ice is another great feature. Overall really pleased so far.

I like the Beverage Center and the ice maker it continuesly makes ice and the water picture stays full.

so sleek and and incredible amount of space inside . i love the water filtration system. the fridge fills a pitcher of filtered water every time i shut the door.instant cold filtered water. and i love be the freezer and different sizes of ice cubes. plus plenty of storage space.

Modern and minimalistic. Even though this is a counter-depth fridge, the fact that the ice maker is in the freezer frees up extra space. Two types of ice is nice, and the freezer still offers plenty of space. The hidden beverage center is amazing too. All in all, my favorite out of the 4 Samsung appliances we purchased.

Great features but inconvenient. We aren't used to the French door style of refrigerator, so it's taking a little getting used to. You have to open both fresh food doors to see everything and since the handles are at the top of the doors it doesn't seem like a natural motion to reach to the top of the refrigerator with both arms, especially for my wife who is only 5'2". We have to open one door and then reach again to open the other door. We would be happier with a refrigerator with handles on the doors. But we really like the beverage center and we only have to open one door for it. We chose the stainless steel door panels to go with our other kitchen appliances, so the options for other colors didn't add any value for us, but if you want a more decorator look, this Samsung Bespoke can't be beat without going super high end. The delivery and set-up by Best Buy was top notch.

We’ve had the refrigerator for about two months now. Everything is great except for a couple design points that could be better. We like the clean look of not having traditional handles (you grab the doors from underneath), but it is hard to remember not to touch the door where a handle would normally be, so a lot of fingerprints accumulate. But the lack of handles gives such a nice look and a few extra inches clearance to pass by without bumping into handles. The other thing is that the bottom drawers cannot be opened unless both doors are open because they are not narrow enough to clear the other door. We love the beverage center and how it is accessible by not having to open the main doors. And the automatically refillable pitcher is great - it gives us the exact amount of filtered water we need to use in our coffee pot. And the refillable pitcher also gives us a quick fill for a travel water bottle. Everyone who visits and sees our new fridge is very impressed.

Great refrigerator. Enough room inside for a small family to keep all the essentials and the bottom freezer is amazing. Two types of ice is always good but mostly the beverage center is super handy.

I love the size of my new fridge. It fits the space better than the old fridge. The beverage center gives us chilled water and can be used without opening the french doors. Two sizes of ice are a nice bonus.

Every person that’s seen it, wants one. I like that the water dispenser and ice maker are within. It is very spacious, and above all quiet. Love the stainless steel look.

Had the fridge for almost a year now, and so far it’s worked out relatively well. Much better than my 10+ yr old fridge lol my only complaint is beverage center. Sometimes it doesn’t autofill and I’m not yet sure what’s going on with it. When I notice it hasn’t filled I’ll take it out, clean it and then place it back. Seems to fill fine afterwards. The other minor thing would be shelf placement. Can’t really fault them as I’m sure everyone’s needs would want different shelf heights, just kinda wish I had more options to adjust them. Otherwise it’s working out to be a good fridge and what I needed after my old one died.

So far, this refrigerator has been great! Great design and customization options! I chose the stainless steel panels to match my other appliances, but I love that it has the option to customize the panels if I change the kitchen/appliance colors later. I love that the beverage center is not visible from the outside and this model has both the infusion pitcher and the water dispenser. Pouring from the pitcher is faster than the dispenser when in a rush. Scooping the ice instead of having a crusher/dispenser sometimes feel like an inconvenience, but I've had ice crusher/dispensers break often on past refrigerators, so I'm not too bummed about it. It is also nice have two distinct ice sizes that are uniform instead of the variations you get with crushed ice. WiFi connectivity is another added perk. I can make temperature changes and monitor the unit through the Samsung SmartThings, Google Home, iOS Home, and Amazon Alexa. Sometimes, I just like to sit and look at it....

We like the clean lines of the refrigerator with no handles. The storage capacity is good. The beverage center with filtered water is very convenient.

Love the size of it. Even though it isn’t as deep I can actually fit a lot in it and it is easier to see my items. The only I don’t like is it shows fingerprints.
