My wife and i have decided this is a great fridge for people without younger children... the style is nice if you want something clean and minimalist and the ability to add a splash of color via the glass panels. The drink starion is amazing and inlove always having a fresh pitcher ready. The icemaker is nice and the ice shape is a lot better than the more traditional cresent shaped ice bc those seem to conform to the shape of the glass and almost block your drink. However, the doors dont softly open when they reach the end, if you open them quickly and dont catch them they will bang when fully open. And no nothing is touching them as they swing open. You cant open the lower drawers without both door being open bc of the middle piece of plastic. That is a bit annoying. The counter depth one doesnt feel like its missing any space conpared to our last side by sode fridge but there are some weird compartments in there that do t really seem to accommodate much.

Love my new fridge! Fits perfectly. Looks great. Works great. Has plenty of space for everything I need.

I like the handless doors it gives a clean look to it. The WiFi is handy especially for turning on/off the ice maker. The autofill pitcher comes in handy when you need more than a glass of water

I only rate 3 star because of the delivery issues I experienced. The day the product was supposed to be delivered, I was told it had not been shipped to their store for delivery. It took another week for it to come. The refrigerator is very nice. The counter depth model fits well in to our space. The stainless steel model looks clean and well done. So much space inside. I we love the big and little ice dispenser. The Samsungs are wonderful

This isn’t for a big family , but I do like it , I got it for the beverage center an I do love that part an the two different ice cubes, it doesn’t have a lot of room in the freezer so if you need a lot of room in that area I don’t recommend this , we have to have deep freeze to be able to have room , but we buy a lot of large things from Sam’s ,

Like this refrigerator alot! Especially like the water pitcher that automatically refills so useful. Freezer seems a bit small if you have a large family however perfect for me

8 repair visits, one warranty exchange, and a return on the new unit within 15 days. Failed to cool after a year and a half. They said it wasn't underwarranty but there was and addendum they over looked. After a month, two seperate tickets and 8 repair visits they authorized an exchange. New unit said it was at temp but my thermometer showed it rarely got below 40 degrees. returned for a whirlpool, installed today already at 34 degrees. Shame because I loved the the unit it self, 2 stars for seperate door/ snack area, water pitcher, and dual ice.

This is the first time we are buying an appliance and went ahead with Samsung bespoke. we loved it's sleek design and beverage center feature which gives easy access to soda and drinks. My kids loved the dual ice system which has cubed and normal ice trays easy to use and clean. We used the pitcher to store ice drinks. We even got extra panels to change the color and to give our kitchen a new look. Overall I would highly recommend it

OMGosh I LOVE THIS REFRIGERATOR!!!!!!!!!! I am 70 years old active lady that needs space for produce and condiments. This unit delivers in spades PLUS the beverage center is amazing. Ice maker, amazing. Freezer space more than adequate - did I mention that I LOVE THIS FRIDGE?!?

From Delivery to instal was a breeze though they refuse to hook up a water line so don't bother purchasing an install other than that, the fridge is great and exactly what we need at this time handles being on top might begin to be a pain but is useable the beverage center is great always has water on hand just wish it heated water to

This refrigerator is excellent. It’s well designed inside and out. Having the water pitcher and dispenser inside the door and the absence of handles allows for a clean sleek looking profile and keeps the fridge from protruding into the kitchen. It truly is counter depth, especially great for smaller kitchens.

Love the size that exactly fits inside my small kitchen, I like the color and the no visible handles and on top of that, no visible water dispenser The people that delivered and install it, were professionals and very efficient when removing/installing the refrigerator

Nice design. I really like the Beverage Center which is why I rated it a 4. Features that need improving, not all pull out open without having to open both doors. Doors on refrigerator don't close with a gentle push. You need to manually push them shut. Finally, looks good new, but the quality looks questionable for the long term.

Very nice fridge. The design is very sleek. Love the buit-in carafe that auto-fills filtered water to have chill water always on the ready. It's a simple fridge, not the fanciest thing, but very effective. A little on the small side on the inside, but more than enough for our needs.

This refrigerator makes me feel like I'm on vacation with the beverage center and the 2 kinds of ice made in the freezer! The look is so modern and sleek! Not having handles makes it fit perfectly in our kitchen.

Very nice fridge! Especially the water center !! My daughters love having the water center with two options of ice size. Also the water juge that has a defuse water flavor center to add your favorite fruit and peels to soak in middle of water container!

I have had this about a month, and am reasonably happy. Love the freezer drawer, and the clean lines. Am learning to open the handle-less doors. Only real frustration is that if I open the right door and want to access the produce drawer, I have to open the left door also. Also getting accustomed to having to open the door and access the water. Like that the filter is accessible!! Like the two configurations of ice, but would be nice if ice dispensed with the water. These are mostly adjustments compared to my prior model, imagine I will get used to the differences in time.

LOVE IT! It is so beautiful and it goes so well with our re-model. Love the drink center and the fact that there are no handles. Love that it is not as deep and is more flush with our counters. The drawers are deep and plenty of space for my needs. Love that it makes both large and small ice cubes. Like I said, Love It!

My husband and I chose this fridge for our new home. We like that it's a nice size for a medium sized kitchen but it is still stylish and modern. The features work great, cools fast, and having the beverage center is a plus for our family. On the other side, we feel that it's a bit bulky for the actual inside storage space. Overall, it's a great fridge.
