But the refrigerator October 25 they got here December 6. That’s all you really need to know. Stay away from Best Buy. They did this to my next-door neighbor. They did it to a coworker and five times it took them to deliver this nice refrigerator. But I hate the fridge now because of what they put me through. The refrigerator is nice Best buy’s awful! Buy the same fridge someplace else and you’ll have peace of mind

Cool nice looking fridge. Thing is very large and the tablet on the door is cool. Not needed but cool. Overall a good unit so far. Mind it was a fight in my location to get the ice maker repaired as it had been a bad motor from factory for one side. But other than that no issues. The water pitcher in the door is used consistently. And the only other issues is the freezer can ice over if not fully shut and is easy to not notice a not full seal

I love this refrigerator. I like having the icemaker back in the freezer section. The two containers of automatic ice of different size is also nice. Additionally, the option of water inside the refrig using the dispenser or using the colder built-in water jug is nice. The refrigerator has a lot of room with 4 crispers. I also love the calendar / whiteboard that is Android and syncs to my google calendar on the front of the machine. The camera for looking inside and determining what is in the refrigerator is geeky and probably not ready for prime time yet, but everything else about it is wonderful.

These are my initial impressions. I may update later based on some use. I just remodeled my kitchen and decided to upgrade the old side-by-side refrigerator as part of the job. My other products are Samsung, so I looked at their offerings for the replacement. I settled on the Bespoke model because of the sleek look and customizability. As of this writing, I have only had it for two days, but wanted to share my initial thoughts and experiences. Pros: Decently quiet operation Well configured space Sleek, modern look Smart features Two styles of ice Beverage center Cons: Some weird storage options Family Hub has limited apps Speaker quality (never thought I'd say that in a review of a refrigerator) No Google Assistant All said, it's a very nice. Even though it has about the same number of cubic feet as my old Kenmore side-by-side, the French door configuration with bottom freezer provides me with more usable space. Where my old freezer was basically full when I switched, I can fit all the items from it and then some in this (mostly due to the wider space available. The shelves are spaced well and the 2 crispers and 2 storage bins are well sized and hold a lot. I also like that there is a panel on the middle shelf that allows you to slide it back for taller items. Door storage is good, though there is a weird "hidden" bin at the bottom of the right side that, if I had not know it was there, would never had seen. It's great for the small jars of mustard, though. The freezer is decently sized and has lots of usable space. As noted above, I fit all the items from an equivalently sized side-by-side fridge with room to spare. The ice maker is in the top left and makes regular cubes as well as "ice bites," which are basically smaller ice cubes. The family hub is nice to have. While not necessary at all, it is nice to be able to bring up recipes on the screen rather than using my phone. There are several apps that make it useful. It would be nice if you could add apps outside of what Samsung allows. My only complaint, which is ludicrous, is that the speaker doesn't sound that great for music. But it's a fridge, so what should you expect. It would also be nice if they had Google Assistant. I don't use Alexa or Bixby, so the digital assistant in the fridge is not really useful to me.

Best refrigerator for my busy family. The beverage center is awesome and my daughter was excited to see that she could reach for drinks and cold snacks by herself. This frig will make pleasant musical warnings when doors are opened too long. After a few warnings, the inside lights flash on and off. This might be an issue for those who can't tolerate flashing lights. I love the dual ice maker and scoop. Freezer has sliding top tray and bottom area has plenty of space. Managing the smart features are easy and so is the maintenance of the Bespoke Frig. Replacing the water filter is affordable and easy to do yourself. Overall it is the best refrigerator for organizing meals, making healthy foods visible to kids, and making water in pitchers inviting & more drinkable. I highly recommend this refrigerator.

Fridge works really well and it’s so sleek. Only thing I don’t like is the ice that comes out. I’m used to the crescent ice that is white. No big deal however. Great product.

Good looking refrigerator, great features too bad that the ice maker wasn’t working properly

After looking for what seems like weeks, I finally decided on this fridge from Samsung. I am so happy I did. This thin is awesome! I like how much room it has inside and the Family Hub is awesome to have linked up to all my other Samsung appliances. I definitely reccomend this refrigerator!

This is an extremely well designed and attractive refrigerator. The beverage station is great. The family hub is useful. For a counter depth it can hold a lot.

I didn’t want to get a Samsung as the reliability ratings are not very good. In fact, our last fridge that came with this house when we bought it was a Samsung and the compressor died after 8 years. So we got an LG, but we’re very unhappy with the feel of it (it seemed of much lesser quality than our previous Samsung). Anyway, we ended up returning the LG for this Samsung Bespoke Family Hub. I LOVE this refrigerator! I love it so much that even if it stops working after 8 years, I will still be happy. Of course I hope it lasts longer, but I just love it. The family hub thrills me (yeah, my life is boring). The beverage center is convenient. The ice cube maker is wonderful. I am SOOO happy with this fabulous refrigerator.

Excellent capacity. Great features. The sensor for the pitcher fill gets stuck from time to time but only takes cycling by hand.
