    Beautiful fridge. We love the look of it and the screen on the front. We haven’t had too much time with it but the water filter and ice maker is a cool feature!

    Amazing Fridge

    I love this fridge. This replaced a 13 year old built in fridge that had no water and ice machine that kept breaking. Ultimately, it got annoying filling water and ice trays everyday so I began looking at fridges during Black Friday. I absolutely love the two options of ice and it is able to keep up with our ice use. The pitcher is a very nice touch. There is tons of room in the fridge and freezer so the easy access door is perfect for kids. The touchscreen is nice that I can put family photos and my work calendar. Ring works great on it and Amazon music works well as well.

    No Arlo camera/doorbell support, no way to know the actual CURRENT TEMPERATURE of the refrigerator (only the SETPOPOINT) either through the screen itself NOR via the app. Spotify only via streaming from your cell (not an actual self-contained app gets installed on the refrigerator's tablet) Samsung dropped several balls here. How do you miss things like this when this is marketed as "an internet refrigerator?"

    Beautiful product, Many Issues

    I wanted to love this fridge, but too many issues. I have had technicians out three times and the problem has only worsened. The ice maker over flows and the excess ice falls under the door onto my hardwood when I open the door. The ice has also melts and creates one big block. The ice maker also makes a very loud consistent knocking noise when turned on. Alexa also only works approx 40% of the time. Timers get stuck on and are only able to be reset through the settings. You have to free up an entire day for the repairs (so far I have had to take 3 full days off of work). They only call to provide a two hour window by 10am on the morning of the repair. Will not replace or refund my money until the 4th time. The first time no repair was done. The last two times the exact same repair was completed. Samsung is requiring a 4th attempt at the repair in order to refund or replace the unit. Very poor customer service by Samsung.

    When I walked into the store to purchase a refrigerator, I just happen to see something with color blocks and I said I like that refrigerator Kent what color can I get and I ordered it not realizing this refrigerator has speakers it plays music for me. I am totally in awe. I love it.
