    Had bad experience with this fridge maybe my item came out defective. Freezer defrosted all my food 3 different times. I exchanged it for a new one same model hopefully this same problem doesn't happen again.

    Pitcher does not work just had delivered saw a hack that this was a common problem bc it doesn’t engage the lever so added structure to it and still won’t work no one’s got answers awful experience Best Buy and Samsung

    Only lasted 1 year and 8 months samsung only has a 1 year warranty so they do not stand behind their product anyways my only hope is best buy

    great product but delivery of product was a complete nightmare. I will never purchase another product from Best Buy because of it.

    After a month, so far so good. We're very use to in-door ice & water dispenser but beverage center has exceeded expectations, especially the auto fill water picture. The dual ice maker in the freezer compartment has been flawless, unlike prior models with the poorly designed slim ice maker inside the refrigerator compartment. It's been very quiet, hardly noticeable when ice dumps. The only flaw is the bottom crisper drawer won't open unless both doors are open, it's a French door dilemma, the apparent only fix for this is to buy a side-by-side or split them like the upper drawers separated by the filter. Bought online and delivery was flawless, great people and BB really does make an effort to eliminate problems.

    Ice build up in the back, no repairman will fix saying it’s a known problem with the system.

    Needed to replace our 13 y/o counter height unit. Never liked the cramped space inside. This unit is a better design. No exterior handles take time to getting used to. But the extra space is wonderful. The dual ice system is a nice feature. And although there is no access outside, an ingeniously designed third door makes getting water a snap.

    This is a great refrigerator! The pitcher in the beverage center is a game changer. I love everything about this fridge. Having two types of ice is amazing and there is plenty of space. I am thankful that I picked this refrigerator.
