    Nice glass oanels comes in many colors. I love the beverage center. The freezer is a bit small, but I can work with it.

    Love the fridge BUT if your floor is not level, good luck getting the french doors to line up so the flap opens and closes as needed to seal the fridge. HOWEVER - RESOLVED by removing the plastic piece in top center (two screws) added a couple washers behind it and reinstalled - problem solved level or not.

    Our fridge freezer was delivered on July 23. All was well. Then it stopped cooling and freezing completely on August 13. The lights are on but no one’s home. In just a few weeks it failed. And Samsung is making us wait a week for a technician. Best Buy won’t replace it because we are beyond the 15 day return window. And we have lost more than $500 worth of food. This fridge freezer cost $2,000. I cannot tell you how disappointed we are with the appliance, and with the customer service. We had to spend another $130 on a college fridge to tide us over. Buy your big appliances from somewhere else and don’t buy a Samsung.

    Samsung Fridge- Door issue

    Had the fridge for about a month. Looked good and seemed to work well but we had an issue with the left door not staying open which was a nuisance when putting in groceries or taking things out. Had a technician come out to try and repair but was unsuccessful. I see online there seems to be a known issue for this. Will be returning. Also, the beverage center is small so you can fit a few water bottles but mostly everything else has to be short like can size.

    Attractive but not Versatile

    I bought the counter depth bespoke refrigerator because it’s located next to the pantry and didn’t want it to extend too far beyond that. While I really like the look, it doesn’t offer much in shelf level options and the bottom right hand drawer does not open unless both doors are open. It’s also difficult to roll out from the wall to clean under it which I’ve never encountered with any other refrigerator I’ve ever owned.

    Terrible is an understatement

    Can I give 0 stars? 4 1/2 month old refrigerator stopped cooling (fridge and freezer). Came to my account on Best Buy for customer support, explained situation, they forwarded me to Samsung. After being on hold for too long chose texting option. Went through 'reset' and was told it could take 4 hrs for display to show temp and 28 hrs to actually achieve set temp. This was late afternoon early evening. I asked about the fact that the compressor was not coming on. I was told that it would. It never did come on and the next morning the inside temperature had went from 67° in the fridge to 73. Had to wait until after work to contact customer service yet again who I had to provide all the information to a second time even though I was told by the first rep I wouldn't have to. They put in a ticket to schedule service and said it could take 1 to 2 days. It was another day before I was contacted by a service rep who again had to check the warranty and then I was informed it would take another one to two days for someone to contact me to schedule service. As of right now I'm on day three without a refrigerator looking at one to two more days before anything is even scheduled. Not to mention the $300 plus of food that I have lost. At no time in this entire process has anyone ever seemed concerned that I am without a refrigerator totally plus the loss of my food. There has not seemed to be any sort of urgency to get me help. The most I have gotten was "we apologize for the inconvenience". Really? Inconvenience? That's what you call it? Terrible product, service and company. And unless they do something extreme pretty quickly, I will never recommend and will in fact do my best to make sure others do not go through the same, which can only be guay y not purchasing products from them. I actually think it's cooler outside today than it is I side this fridge.

    Don’t like that top shelf has no support as second shelf does. As don’t like that bottom drawers can’t be opened unless you open both doors. Am mixed with no handles like this but don’t like having finger prints all over. No happy with little shelves what can one put in them?

    Me and my husband just bought our home and added this beauty. It fit the space well, especially since we got one more in line with our counters. Plenty of storage and I love the 2 I've size options. This was a good purchase and great new addition.

    I honestly can’t think of anything negative to say about this fridge! Wasn’t sure about getting the beverage center at first but now I realize convenient it is. Would definitely recommend for anyone in the market for a new refrigerator.

    Very bad design of left door stop that should automatically slide in and slide out. The plastic on top is just short of height that does not give enough push such that it opens and closes
