It appears that Samsung has figured out some of the problems from their earlier models. The icemaker is no longer in the refrigerator and the compressor inverter are upgraded.

Love the aesthetic of the fridge only reason I’m saying 4 starts is because I recieved a broken drawer on the top fridge and don’t know how to go about getting it replaced. I am not able to put weight on it or it really tilts down . Other than that love the storage, love how the inside is designed and fridge has been working great since I recieved it despite the broken drawer

The delivery was quick and the drivers were phenomenal. They were patient and kind with not only the equipment but with my children.

Very disappointed, my fridge is still outside since 3.50pm PST,all attempts to get help to get it installed have been zero. Not sure what I am going to do. Very bad services. What a disappointment.

This refrigerator has every feature I wanted! Slide out freezer drawers make everything accessible. The deep pocket shelves on the freezer and refrigerator doors are great for organizing. The width of the refrigerator allows for any size of tray or platter. Two kinds of ice cubes--one would be enough, but not complaining. The drink center is great! My favorite feature is the pitcher. So easy to put a pitcher of water on the table anti fills very quickly

We love this fridge!! The inside is highly roomy and the water station is very cool and guests have enjoyed trying to figure out the fridge. We use the water container for teas off and on. Since the bottom right section is customizable for temperatures, we currently have it semi-freezing for our yogurts (to sort of have a froyo) and it works very nicely. So much better than the pull out freezer French door combo we previously had. One thing to note: The doors are thicker than traditional fridge doors, like significantly thicker, about at least 5-7 inches in total thickness, so keep this in mind when measuring your space placement. For example, our fridge placement has an angled corner pantry on the left side and then normal cabinets on the right side. The fridge sticks out a little further from the cabinets overall, but when the left doors swing open, they are actually touching the left walls of the pantry and might end up scraping some paint off overtime or having some dents. This is more important when considering that on the bottom left door (the freezer), you need a certain level of clearance to successfully pull out the ice drawer (otherwise you have to reach in uncomfortably since it is sort of low). Haven’t thought of a solution to this yet other than to pull the fridge out further from the wall…I think this is really due to the thickness of the doors overall… other than that, fridge is awesome

I had a Samsung side by side that had to go because I’m so tired of stainless steel. I wanted the four door with all white panels but it was priced much higher than this one. I think Samsung discontinued it, leaving the four door as this or the one with the custom panels. I like the white glass so much. Fingerprints wipe off with a damp rag. No need to get the stainless steel cleaner out and polishing and polishing. The automatic opening refrigerator doors are very nice but I fear it’s something that will eventually fail. The beverage center is something I had to have. I love the pitcher that constantly fills itself. I also love the two kinds of ice and where the bins are in the freezer. Getting ice out of the door in my old refrigerator was hilarious. It would shoot out IF the cubes didn’t jam in the chute. If they did jam, you would get crushed ice whether you wanted it or not. The only reason for a hit on the stars for storage is the top shelf is practically useless. There is very little that fits in that shallow space. So far, only eggs fit there. I’m tempted to just remove it.

So far I love it. Fridge opens nice and wide and can fit a lot of stuff. Bottom is awesome because I have different options on the temp. Right now I’m using both as a freezer.

I love this refrigerator! The biggest reason is none of thee features are single use - everything plays a dual role. The beverage center has thee refillable pitcher AND the nozzle for filling water bottles. There are 2 different forms of ice. the lower right compartment can be a fridge or freezer. The shelves are all easily movable , so can be changed as your needs change without a lot of hassle. And even though the auto-open door feature sounds like it's just unnecessary, it has made prepping for large meal events when I'm by myself so much easier.

Overall great aesthetic look. Love the four doors and the fridge has more than enough capacity for our needs. Everything is working great and ice maker generates plenty of ice for us. Great purchase. Would recommend to others if on the fence!

We bought it open box and glad we did because we struggled to get up up the stairs and thru the door. But i love all the space. Im 5’3 and cant reach the back of the top shelf but our old fridge always looked packed abd couldnt find things which is not the problem with this one. I accidently had the flex zone to soft freeze the first night and out ice cream was melted enough to eat it that night and then we threw it away. But i love the alarm if door is accidentally left open. We also love that the top main doors are auto open per thr setting. Actually being able to use icemaker and filtered water is a step up for me also. All the trouble of our own instal i would do it again for this fridge.

We've had this Samsung fridge with Beverage Zone for several months now and we still love it! It works great, has tons of storage and the auto-refill water pitcher is the best. We did order some extra drawers to put in just for organization. Would definitely recommend this model!

Have you ever met a person that was beautiful on the outside but ugly on the inside? Well that's what I got with this refrigerator! It worked for about 2 years with no problems. Then we started hearing loud bubbly popping sounds that would scary the B-JESUS out of you at different times during the day and especially at night. Technicians came to the the house multiple times but couldn't figure out what was causing the noise because everything was reading fine during their analysis. Well it finally took for it to stop cooling except for the freezer part for them to figure out that the compressor was bad. We got the compressor replaced and it still didn't fix the problem but hey the freezer worked and it still produced ice. Today which is 10/11/2024 come to find out that the fridge can't be fixed! WOW! I spent over $4,000 grand plus another $280 for the technical support plus time and suffering just to find out that it can't be fixed! I'm waiting now on a review to see what the next steps for me to get this thing replaced! To make a long story short, please purchase the extended warranty because if you don't then that's your gluteus maximus! Wisdom is knowledge and I just passed some down to whoever took the time out to read this! Take care!

So happy with this purchase. Beverage center is so convenient and the two types of ice are awesome also! We use the bottom left as the freezer and the bottom right for a beverage fridge. Love to have the option to switch around temp zones!!

Sleek design, spacious refrigerator, like to have to hybrid section for fridge- freezer, the ready to go water pitcher is so convenient, dislike ice tray maker in freezer, ice scoop is too shallow. Quiet refrigerator.
