The refrigerator is exactly what we wanted. Works perfectly. We did extensive research on the product we wanted and this is the best choice for our needs. The delivery process was less than ideal. They damaged the unit during the 4 hour period in which it took to remove the old unit and install the new unit. And they left off the two lower door hinge bushings which I have ordered but are on back order from Samsung. I did find one of the bushings in the grass outside of our home and was able to install it. Best Buy was generous in compensating me for the trouble. I am giving them a 5 star in overall handling the my purchase and I am satisfied yet wary about the delivery program.

Had this fridge for 6 months now. Sometimes the auto fill pitcher can be a little finicky, but like having the beverage station. I like the fact you can change the function on the bottom half. Two kinds of ice are a favorite feature of my wife. Wish the shelves were a little more customizable

So far so good. Very spacious. Somewhat due to the ice maker being in the freezer. Automatic pitcher fill is a definite plus. Very nice fridge. Cons. Ice is a little inconvenient to get but thats the trade off for having a reliable ice maker. Temps set are only within 4 or 5 degrees. Have to place thermometers and adjust the control accordingly.

we settled on this fridge mostly because of the features and simplicity that Samsung has done with the water and ice dispensers, in the past he ice machine has been a huge problem. so far things are great, but its only been a few weeks

This fridge is beautiful and smart! It takes a little time to log in and get use to EVERY feature, but it's very user friendly. It's amazing how many things it can do! Would highly recommended!

We love our new fridge. So much space and the water pitcher is convenient! We love everything is inside of the doors. With a toddler, keeping things out of reach is definitely a challenge, but this fridge help make it easier.

I purchased this without knowing much about it, there were no reviews yet. All i can say is i love it. it is spacious and the double door self filling pitcher are great. I really love the ice trays too, with the choice to make small cubes. We use the lower right section as a freezer as compared to a refrigerator since the top part is more than adequate for our needs.

The design is sleek and it is very spacious. Unfortunately the repairman told ne today that it needs a new compressor. I have inly had the fridge for a year and four months. I just dont rgink samsung makes appliances to last, they just worry about the smart features and the look.
