This is a beautiful, big fridge with all the bells and whistles. I loved it until it flooded my house after pulling the water filter out and putting it back in. It took 2 weeks to get the fridge fixed and I'm still dealing with insurance on the flooding it caused on brand new floors. The tech said whenever I change the water filter I'll need to turn the water off to the fridge, which is a huge pain. One reason I bought it was for the "easy to change filter". Expensive purchase for all of these issues.

Pretty good so far, we’ve only had it for about three days. Easy to set up, easy to adjust the settings. I like the ICE options, I’m just afraid of Nguyen I’ll have a gathering at home and will need more ice. How long does it take to make ice? It is a pretty fridge. It did not fit in our space. I had to remove the top cabinet. Refrigerator is 73 inches tall, our old fridge raider was about five years old and is 68 inches tall. So that was an ordeal. You also need I think 43 inches for the doors to completely open on both sides. We have less than that but the door opens enough so that we can get to things. It’s something we’re willing to except. Let’s see what happens in the next year.

We love it. The so-called "matt black" looks relatively glossy to me. But that is okay with me. Based on how my family uses our refrigerator/freezer, we need a lot of refrigerator space but not a lot of freezer space. So we set the flex compartment to refrigerator. With just the lower left corner being freezer, it is a bit on the small side, but sufficient for our needs. Samsung makes a number of different models. First there is the difference between cabinet depth or standard depth. The standard depth is much larger, but paradoxically less expensive. Secondly, there are the models in stainless. The base which doesn't have the beverage center, at least not exactly the same. And it doesn't have the stainless interior walls, "metal cooling". The middle model has the beverage center and the metal cooling. The top model has the computer display built into the door. For the Bespoke model, it is like the middle version of the stainless, with the beverage center and the metal cooling but no computer display. Which is basically what we wanted, we don't need a computer display on our refrigerator. The ice maker is a little slow but suffices. And I wish it had a crushed ice option, the small cube option is as close as it gets. It is a little weird having a dual ice maker where once side pumps out small pieces of ice and the other side pumps out medium pieces of ice. I suppose it's okay.

Like the fridge, but don’t buy the metal panels. They scratch with every magnet and bump. Fridge is 5 days old. Phone call to Samsung resulted in almost 2 hours, 5 reps transfers and people in the Philippines that I couldn’t understand.

Enjoying this refrigerator. Very deep with lots of room to arrange and store food. Enjoy the beverage center and the double freezer.

We love the sleek design and great functionality of this fridge! The beverage center with autofill pitcher and built in infuser is a game changer! And having 2 different "types" of ice has been really nice!

This unit is a must-have for large families or those who love entertaining! The four-door design allows full access to the space in upper and lower sections. The included water pitcher has a diffuser that will enable you to add fruit and is auto-refilled as needed. There is also a paddle to fill a glass or cup of water individually. The dual ice bins provide ice in both large and small cubes to be available at all times, and the freezer comes with an ice scoop to make life easier!

This is a great refrigerator! Plenty of space and organization. The internal water pitcher is a MUST have. Never knew how valuable that would be.

This refrigerator is amazing. The Blue color looks really nice and there is a lot of room on the inside. The Beverage Center neatly hides the water pitcher and spout so the outside stays clean. I will probably mostly use the Flex space as a freezer because you have limited space in the bottom right freezer but, it is nice to have the option if I ever needed additional fridge space. Very happy with the fridge so far.

I really like Samsung Bespoke refrigerator door panel changing concept. I hope they release new colors & more choices for panels soon. Refrigerator doors are little bit bigger than expected, so carefully take measurements for refrigerator space specially if you have over refrigerator cabinets. Otherwise refrigerator is very nice and functionating without any issue.

I have never been excited about buying a refrigerator before but this one did it for me. It blends in perfectly in my kitchen with it's custom panels. It's very spacious inside and designed so that you have easy access to the things used most often. My favorite feature is the water dispenser with the pitcher inside. Most like the water dispenser exposed but having this one tucked inside cleans things up for me. I love this frig!

Waited a long time for this fridge. Process with Best Buy was so much better than Lowes, whine we originally had bought the fridge from. Love the fridge itself. The beverage center is by far my favorite part BUT the space is incredible.

Love it but color panels will be installed mid October so doors don’t look like they will. Only negative is it need more shelf level options. Love the freezer.

Love the fridge. It's huge inside, but still has pretty small footprint. The jug water dispenser is amazing. The glass top panels can be written on with erasable markers -- the kids love it. The bottom right section can be switched from freezer to fridge, which comes in super handy during holidays. Oh, and the phone notification when the kids forget to close the doors is amazing

Great looking fridge and with options to change colors or fix any damages in the future. Love the two sizes of ice as well as the beverage center with the auto fill pitcher. Overall lots of room in both the fridge and freezer areas. The bins are easy to slide even with a lot of weight stored in them. The LED lighting has also been nice to see easily inside.
