This purchase has been a nightmare! We purchased a seemingly new Samsung refrigerator. It was an open box item from the outlet however it was marked as in excellent condition. After personally inspecting the unit everything looked to be in perfect condition. I was told by the salesman open box excellent items are typically like brand new. Once delivered the unit looked great however after a closer look the middle drawer would not open at all and the door hinges were both broken on both sides. I purchased the 5 year warranty so a technician came out to repair the doors and said the damage was unrepairable. I was told I had to go 45min back to the store and pick out another unit. I have gone an picked out 3 excellent rated refrigerators and each of them looked good at the store and had issues worse than the previous one. I would have just bought a new one if i wasnt under the impression they were like new. These so called excellent units are flat out broken. Ive had terrible interactions with customer service, and this has been an unbearable experience that has turned out to be a major waste of my time and money. Do not make the same mistake. I have been a loyal customer for years its unfortunate we had to go through this.

The process to purchase a new Samsung Smart Refrigerator was quick and painless. Delivered 2 days later and installed. It was a great experience and we love our new fridge! It's beautiful.

Nice product although I couldn't log with my Samsung account and had to create a new one. It gives me an endless "accept terms and conditions" message.

I bought this refrigerator and i can say it is amazing, freezer storage space is awesome , i love the design with the four doors .i my kids and husband live the screen we able to save recipes on the scrren so its right at our fingertips.

Time for a new fridge, shopped around and found thos one. Game changer for the kitchen. Has so much to offer with apps and the recipes it has unbelievable.

The monitor is a great addition to the kitchen. My only gripe with this fridge is that it doesn’t connect to my iPhone. I downloaded the smart things app and I cannot stream to the fridge

Following the malfunction of the initial refrigerator, it was replaced without any complications. The second refrigerator is functioning optimally.

Absolutely love this refrigerator! I had my eye on the original stainless steel one without the family hub. But being able to upload your own photos, as well as using Amazon and ring among other apps is amazing!

This really looks like a 2025 refrigerator. It's pretty "smart" and has a lot of funky gimmicks. Functionally, it's great so far! The only downsides are slow ice making, and opening the beverage door could be a hit or miss.

Love it have a lot of space. The freezer is deeper. My kids love the 2 different ice that they have.

Had to Google to set up home could be easier. TV stopped working after two days did tech support. Had to turn off and turned back on to reset working again so far.

Absolutely the best refrigerator on the market!! I love how the ice is in the freezer with TWO SIZEZ and no worries of the ice maker breaking down as done so the previous model.
