After owning a prior Samsung French door refrigerator with the icemaker in the main refrigerator that froze food, it built up ice dams, and ultimately broke! I had some reservations about purchasing another Samsung refrigerator. While I do like the new refrigerator, the Bespoke model is very nice, their still is issues with the ice maker. The ice maker is very slow to produce ice, so be aware if you like to use a lot of ice. There doesn't seem to be a setting to speed up the ice maker. If Samsung has an answer to this issue, it would be great to know.

Beautiful inside and outside. Looks more fabulous than it looks online. Fancy. Works perfectly well. I Like the technology that comes with it.

I really like the design of this fridge—it's sleek and modern. All the features are impressive, and the sensor-activated door is especially convenient. I highly recommend it.

This is by far the most beautiful refrigerator EVER!

The refrigerator we received had an issue with the doors scratching and hindering the flex drawer. We ordered an exchange. The exchange had the same issue with a cracked bottom in the freezer area. We refused the exchange and returned the whole thing. We had the unit for about a month in the process and decided it was not great for the price point. The screen is very gimmicky and shows fingerprints like crazy. For the extra $1k, the camera is annoying more than useful. The size is decent and I did like the water pitcher, other wise nothing special and problems with the doors hitting the flex drawer is the main thing to watch.

Good for anyone who wants appliances that combine modern tech with a beautiful design.

Efficient and super cooling effect. I will certainly recommend this product for anyone with a large small or medium sized family.

Let me start with the refrigerator is really cool, we enjoy all the features that come with this brand. My biggest problem is that when we purchased it the advertisement shows several options for customized colored panels, which I really wanted, but that was not the case. All the colors have been discontinued we were never told that that was and issue. I'm not happy, I feel the advertising was misleading.

We absolutely love this fridge. The beverage center is what sold us. Love that the water pitcher refills and is always ready. We have our cooking app on it and can make recipes right from the fridge. The scrolling photos is awesome or the lit fireplace screensaver is priceless. You won’t regret buying this fridge.

So far, so good. Have had this fridge for a week now and have appreciated the little things my old Samsung didn’t have. I like the internal ice maker with the bins.

I have not used this refrigerator yet. It seems to be a nice spacious refrigerator. I gave it a 4 star for that reason.
