I have only had this refrigerator for only a few week so far. It is much more attractive than my previous model. It is quiet and works very efficiently. The inbuild ice maker, water filter and flexzone are some of the plus points for this model. Definitely recommend this one.

Very good refrigerator. Love all the extra space in it and that my little one has an easy access area.

We settled for the one without the fancy LCD display given how it may open up another can of problems down the line. So far so good, large, spacious and easy to access water (we got the one with the pitcher). I think having a tray for two types of ice cubes is a waste of storage space but others may disagree with me.

I really like the aesthetics of this refrigerator as well as all of the compartments and how easy it is to organize. The ice is a little slow to replenish which can be a pain when I have a house full of kids but U generally just prepare for that. Also, the water pitcher feature was not turned on as a default and that took me a bit to figure out. There is a control panel on the right door opening but it was not exactly intuitive, I will say I was extremely disappointed with the Total Tech installation. They left half of the compartments in the freezer rather than putting them in place, scratched the top on the wall which I had to then scratch white off the front of the fridge and made a small dent in the left door. They also stripped my top door hinge out when they took of the door. That is pretty unacceptable.

It’s a great refrigerator with lot of space for the fruits and veggies. The only things I do not like is the ice maker in the refrigerator which takes up the space

Love this refrigerator! The flex drawer is great for lunch meat, cheese, and yogurt that we use often. The two sizes of ice cubes make it handy for filling glasses or pitchers.

We had our Samsung refridgerator for just shy of two years and the compressor among other things already went out. On top of not having a refridgerator or freezer we had to deal with the absolute worst comstomer service, warranty service, and repair technician services. No BestBuy employee can help because everything is third party. I will never waste my time or money buying an appliance from BestBuy ever again. If you plan on paying for a warranty on an appliance, go somewhere else. if you want to be able to talk to an actual employee/ customer service rep PURCHASE SOMEWHERE ELSE. Will obviously never buy another Samsung fridge again. To only get two years out of a fridge is ridiculous! We tried going outside of our warranty and finding our own technician and no one will work on this model. On top of all of that it has been two months and two weeks and our fridge is still not fixed (a technician finally came to our house two days ago and installed parts, but it still doesn't work). After fighting and fighting we got a store credit... but we never want to shop at best buy again and they won't give us our money back.

Game Changer Refrigerator!!! Love, love, love everything about this refrigerator. It is roomy, easy to change the water filter and the automatic refill pitcher is the best part of all.

Love this fridge! It has everything I could ask for. Lots of storage and clean sleek design. I’ve had this for about a year so far and no issues!

Great product so far and our favorite feature is the autofill water pitcher and the ice maker in the freezer drawer.

Love it! Has so much room, and looks really nice in my kitchen! Kids love the drawer use it for snacks and drinks for them!

Loved the fridge but the doors swing out too much and hit the counter depth cabinets. Had to return. So sad. Beautiful refrigerator. Definitely a manufacturer oversight that will hopefully be fixed on the next model. I would buy it if that defect is fixed.

Love the look of this refrigerator. Love the 4-door style. The center drawer has a variety of uses. The auto-fill water pitcher is great. BUT, I had to return the first one I purchased due to the center drawer being too cold and freezing my drinks, while the top compartment was too warm and not keeping food cold enough. The replacement is still on the warmer side up top (but not as bad). I'm not sure if temperature consistency is a Samsung thing or just a thing with this refrigerator. It would also be nice if there was one more drawer up top. I'm hoping in the long run that I love this fridge.

So far so good. Lots of room and I like the middle compartment. Easy access for snacks for my grandkids.

I love that I can go to get fresh water out of the refrigerator in the pitcher and it automatically refills. And the ice maker, big little ice cubes, love it.

This is a great refrigerator. The refrigerator is spacious and the outside panel turns it into a Show piece ..plus the beverage center just looks stunning
