Simply the best. I wish I had purchased it sooner. Tons of storage. Very well designed shelves and racks. No handles makes it even better, nothing sticking out. Slick design. Love the drawer. We made it our drawer for sandwich condiments (lunch meats, sliced cheese, shredded cheese, etc.). Absolutely the best thing I’ve spent money on in a long time! You will love it.

No more ice and water spilling on our floor. We also love the diffuser in the water pitcher...ready made tea constantly available. I wasn't sure I would like not having access to crushed ice on the outside, but it has not been a big deal. Our previous Samsung ice maker caused us constant problems. We love this new set up. Plus it has tons of room.

If you keep your freezer full the ice maker and top freezer tray will ice over. The only fix is to take all of the trays out and wash it down with a hot, wet washcloth and make certain you dry everything before replacing the pull out drawers. The second issue is there is significant back pressure when changing the water filter. If you do not turn off the water supply prior to taking out the old filter and placing the new filter you have a chance of not getting it in correctly and causing a leak or a crack a part. This has happened to us twice in the 2.5 years we have had this refrigerator.
