So our last refrigerator leaked, causing us to have to get our hardwood floors replaced. When it leaked a second time, my husband said it was time for a new refrigerator. We went to several stores and discussed our options with several salespeople. Most recommended the Samsung Bespoke because it has an internal beverage center and ice dispenser. If it leaks, it will do so internally, and not onto our floors. I was sold just on this idea alone! However, now that I have it installed, it is fantastic!!!! It is so much more spacious than our previous one. With the three separate storage areas, and with the ice dispenser in the bottom drawer, I am totally pleased with our choice!

Really enjoy all the features of this refrigerator. Very spacious, beverage center with a water pitcher and ice maker with two different size cubes. Especially appreciative of how well Best Buy facilitated the replacement of the original, after only a month, due to issues with the freezer. Made the call and had a replacement delivered and installed in a couple of days.

This is by far my favorite refrigerator I’ve ever owned! The water dispenser is so convenient and I love how sleek it looks with no handles.

i purchased this refrigerator on 7/372022 and a week after they delivered it and let it dropped on the floor, now they went for the second delivery with the replacement and they stopped by for 1 minute and didn’t wait for me to open the door in order for them to bring it inside the house. Now I have to wait like 2 more weeks in order for me to get the fridge. This is unbelievable and nobody do nothing to fix it. The third party company (delivery company) are the worst.

We absolutely love this fridge, as soon as we saw it on the showroom we knew this one was the one we wanted. It has plenty of space and we like the pitcher inside. The flex drawer gives us more space.

Had read about Samsung issues and was nervous, but not many choices and no time for waiting for special orders. installed on 8/16/2022. Almost everyday I still say to my husband "Wow. I really Love this 'fridge". The filtered water picture just behind the door is so convenient. The drawer is a MUST HAVE. No idea how I lived without it. The white is a grey white and initially I was nervous about it, but now comfortable. Like the idea of changing the glass doors at some point. We have a traditional kitchen and it does not look "too modern". Really happy with this purchase. The glass doors are not magnetic: so no cluttered stuff on the 'fridge anymore. Very clean lines.

This refrigerator is great!! Love the middle drawer/door — using it to store a ton of drinks too keep cold and keep the main storage area free for other groceries and foods. Love the dual ice feature of the freezer. Useful to have to have 2 different types of ice ready any time.

I love this refrigerator. It has so much space with the ice in the bottom drawer. I am also drinking more water due to the cold water in the self filling pitcher. The ice drawer holds much more ice than the standard, in the door model. Of course the glass colored front is a conversation piece when visitors come. It is beautiful.

Great capacity, elegant, easy to clean, great design

I feel like royalty using this fridge. It's probably the nicest thing I've ever owned. My kids love the beverage center and ice bites. I like the convenience of the meat and cheese drawer. I like that it alerts us if it's left open! The doors don't close on their own, so this is helpful. Whomever designed this fridge, really knew their customer base and habits well. I do wish it was a smidge smaller. We had to remove the moulding around our kitchen window and baseboard to install it and allow enough room for the drawers to open.

Got this bad boy on labor day and everyrhing went smoothly. The Best Buy rep was very helpful and got everything setup for us in a matter of minutes. The delivery was also on point too. They were prompt, professional, and didnt leave until I was happy with its placement. The fridge speaks for itself, lol. We are very happy with our purchase!

Love the space in this refrigerator the feature of the water being inside is also nice. You also get two sizes of ice. Would definitely recommend
