I have had this refrigerator for several months already and it has worked extremely well with no issues! The two different sizes of ice cubes is a great touch! Highly recommend this unit

We love the way we can organize this fridge vs. the larger LG we had before with four doors. It’s easier to clean and more dependable. Trying to be healthier, it’s great we can separate the chiller and have the water container for those times my family and I drink more water or add tea or some flavor to the internal water jug.

If you are like me and want you kids to drink more water, the beverage section has a pitcher installed in it with auto fill setting. This is another great option for you loves one to have that cold refreshing water. Overall SAMSUNG BESPOKE functions to our family's desire.

Refrigerator has been working great. Love the style and function of the water dispenser and ice maker. Only critique is that the indoor shelving units are not spaced in a way to make condiment and sauce storage easy and accessible, but this is just a minor inconvenience. Definitely recommend for other buyers!

We did not see this in person before ordering and didn’t realize the stainless steel is only on the face. On the side of the doors/drawers is a dark plastic. Although it wasn’t expected, it still worked for us. The ice maker takes a long time to produce, took about 5 days to totally fill the bin but it’s a decent amount that we probably won’t use all at once anyway. Those things accepted, we love the fridge!! Very stylish, large capacity and user friendly! Would highly recommend.

Purchased this refrigerator due to great experience with our previous Samsung refrigerator. I wasn’t sure how beneficial the beverage center would be, but it was a great added feature. The whole family loves it! Only thing to watch is the pinch point potential if trying to open the middle drawer and french doors at the same time. It’s looks great without the handles!

So far so good…no complaints. It’s a huge frig so make sure you measure your space well. Our sticks out a bit more than I’d ideally like but we knew this going into the purchase. I love the beverage station!

We love this fridge! It looks good with the clean front due to the hidden water fill and absence of door handles. Its only 4 stars because it doesn’t appear to be making enough ice. The freezer is turned all the way down and its been about 2.5 days without using ice which has only amounted to about 130 cubes. I’m currently awaiting a Samsung Rep to hopefully resolve this issue. If it can be fixed it will be 5 stars.

I love the auto filled pitcher and the two types of ice it makes. The flex zone draw unfortunately doesn’t get cold enough to be a freezer which is what I was hoping to use it as. The filter for the water is an absolute pain to replace, if you don’t put it in exactly perfect it will leak water all over the fridge, the flex zone, and on the floor.

the first one they delivered did not work at all and had to wait almost 2 weeks for a new one which was a little ruff but the new one is working fine and so far we really like it

The water and ice features on this refrigerator were really thought through. There is a lot more ice than in the in-the-door ice storage, and the water pitcher is literally always full. The refrigerator is beautiful, but we have not received the panels, since we're in Hawaii and some things are just on island time lol. So far, we are very pleased with our purchase.

I love this refrigerator. I didn't know that I would love the beverage pitcher as much as I do. My family likes having both sizes of ice. It doesn't seem to fill up each of the ice bins but we have never runout. You may be able to make more but I haven't looked into it.

Of the refrigerators I viewed I liked this one the best. It is taking a little time to get used to the new ergonomics of this refrigerator. Some of the shelves are a little to narrow, but I will work through that.

Astonishing slick looks, presence of this giant item brings extra delicate environments in your kitchen. Only hope that service and longevity will surpass its looks. So far reviews are not that promising. We went ahead and bought it anyway to give them a reasonable doubt. Hope it will match our expectations. Shows great!
