We love everything except the fact that the left top door that contains the beverage center will not stay open when using, it starts to close while using it. The refrigerator shelves do not have enough height to allow a 2 liter soft drink bottle to stand up. We would appreciate any advice on solutions to these problems.

Great i like all the design on it except icemaker cover in freezer doesnt work right supposed to open and vlose with the door.

Perfect refrigerator. My kids can get their own water now, i can fill up large jugs quickly with the automatic water filter, two types of ice cubes. Lots of room for our large family.

We’ve had this refrigerator for about a month and are returning it. While it’s sleek and modern, several usability issues make it impractical for daily use. Handles The lack of handles was our biggest issue. Both my husband and I instinctively reach for where handles should be, leaving fingerprints across the front despite the “fingerprint-resistant” finish. After a month, it still felt unnatural. Water Station Door The water station door isn’t intuitive. Without a handle, finding where to press or pull each time feels clumsy. What should be a simple motion becomes a small but constant frustration. Water Station Space The water station takes up a large portion of the left door’s interior. If you store a lot of condiments or ingredients, you’ll lose valuable space. The built-in pitcher is convenient, but the trade-off in usable storage isn’t worth it. Freezer Door Again, no handle. We didn’t realize how much we relied on a good grip until this design. It looks clean but feels awkward every time. Freezer Drawers Inside the freezer, the two-tier drawer system isn’t smooth. The top drawer for ice and smaller items blocks access to the lower section, so you end up fumbling around to reach what you need. Visually, it’s a beautiful appliance, but day-to-day function matters more. For us, the design choices sacrificed practicality for aesthetics, and that made it a return.

We’re so happy with our Bespoke refrigerator! My husband is a great breakfast chef and the drawer holds everything he needs in a very easy to see space. I love the beverage center, especially the automatic refill pitcher of water. The French door design opens up so wide that everything is visible and readily accessible. What a great design! This is the best refrigerator we’ve ever had by far!

BOUGHT THIS OPEN BOX HOWEVER NOTHING WAS MISSING AND NOTHING WAS DAMAGED IT WAS LIKE NEW, ALMOST 3 YRS LATER AND THIS HAS BEEN THE BEST PURCHASE I'VE MADE STILL GOING STRONG AND I GET LOTS OF COMPLIMENTS ON MY FRIDGE.

Love this fridge it is perfect for what we need. The beverage station is a huge plus. We have grad kids so this keeps them from running the water. I actual really like the ice try been also. Easy to use and no mess. The multi purpose draw comes in very handy and with the app I can control the temp from anywhere.

This is sleek and beautiful. Very impressed with the style and functionality. Has abundant storage space and I can monitor it on my phone. Very happy with this purchase.

We have had the refrigerator for about a month and works great. It has all the features we need. The ice maker works well and is quiet. The refrigerator does make a slight gurgling sound from time to time but does not seem to affect the operation of the refrigerator.
