This refrigerator has so much room. I can look in it and see what I need. I love the water pitcher.

We have had the refrigerator for around 1 month and so far we really like it! We love how it looks.

I got my new Samsung Bespoke a week ago and I have been monitoring the temperatures. Top is set at 34 yet it has been fluctuating from 36-41 degrees for no reason. Even after being closed for 15-18hrs I opened the fridge and it was at 42 degrees. The freezer is set at 0 and it was at -8 degrees. The middle drawer was the only part that actually stayed consistent at 36 degrees. I’m a total tech member & called in the issue, they are sending me a replacement. In the meantime I did some research on this issue and apparently this could be n across the board issue with this particular fridge which is disappointing because I’m obsessed with the over look and esthetics of it. I’m hoping for the best with the replacement but if it shows me the same problem I will regrettably have to return & find another brand :( This fridge would be a 5 star & highly recommended if not for the cooling system being so off.

This refrigerator is amazing!! Same exterior size but holds so much more. Love the water station!!

I love it. No complaints. Now i can order the line for my other appliances. Bespoke brand has out did the competition. Had to return my other one cause the flex door didn't open cause it was too big for my space.

We are so happy with our new purchase. The refrigerator is spacious, efficient. It’s our third Samsung fridge.

I was thinking between this and lg but ultimately choose Samsung and im so happy with the purchase! Make sure you have enough room cuz it is BIG!

This whole process has been a nightmare, i bought this refrigerator the first week of July took them about 2 weeks to bring it to me, they sent the wrong size panels and bestbuy called me saying they would help fix the issue just to find out after being on the phone for 30 minutes that i needed to go into the store to have them fix the issues there and once I went into the store they tell me i had to call customer service and have them do it. It was a mess ! and they still sent the wrong panels 3 different times so they finally sent the right ones today August 12th and now I can tell my refrigerator panels are off by an inch on top and it's obvious. Im not much of a complainer but I'm paying way too much for this refrigerator for it to not be perfect as what it should be. Another thing I asked the installers to make sure the water that should be coming out from the refrigerator is working right and he told to just look it up on YouTube and I can figure it out myself. I wish this whole thing was a joke but this was my experience.

Perfect refrigerator with plently of space. I love the drawer about the freezer. The only thing i dislike is the ice drawer it takes long to refill but otherwise that is the only issue.

Great refrigerator so far make sure to check it fully when received we found a crack Samsung at 1st told us that cosmetic damage not covered Best Buy wanted us to pay for them to look at it after emailing the ceo office at Samsung they refunded the purchase price

Overall, the fridge and installation were excellent. However, the most significant frustration was purchasing from the store only to find that the online price had changed two days later and they could not return in and match the price.

Love it! Such a sleek style and so many ways to organize things. I especially love the hidden water dispenser and different options for ice cubes!

This fridge is beautiful and spacious, we are so glad of our decision to buy it.

We found a refrigerator with al the options we were looking for at Best Buy, and custom ordered each door face to a color that matched our kitchen. That was the best experience I've ever had buying an appliance.

So far so good. Have had for 8 months. Ice production is decent. Stays clean. We get lots of compliments on it.
