Nice looking, fits quite well with our kitchen cabinets. Awesome features. I provided a different experience compared to standard fridge from Samsung and other brands.

Excellent love to use it everyday. So much space to use . And can be very organized.

We have had ours for a couple of weeks and it has been running great. We love the ice and the beverage center. The one downfall is there isn’t a whole lot of room for tall items like ketchup, liter bottles, etc. - except for nice feature where the shelf pushes in. That’s really the only spot, other than the small area in the doors.

Looks good, works as it should, I like it. Fridge came with a bent left side leg so it tips to the left, Called Best Buy support and there is a new fridge coming on 1/17 to replace the damaged one. Thank you Best Buy for the great customer service.

This refrigerator was a recommendation from the representative we were working that day. We described our kitchen, other appliances, and what we wanted. We really like this fridge. The ability to use the lower section as either a freezer or a fridge is very handy. The outer water compartment is user friendly and a wonderful way to get a drink without having to go into the fridge. The ability to have more than 1 type of ice cube at the same time is great for different types of drinks. We are pleased with our purchase.

I wanted this refrigerator so much that I tore out a cabinet to make it fit! Now that I've had it for several weeks, here are my pros and cons-which could definitely differ from others. Pros: 1. Still love the extra door that opens to allow quick access to drinks, and the option to get a quick glass of water or use the pitcher. 2. I like the smooth exterior with ice and water inside, and while some smudges do show, really very little compared to other surfaces, and those easily wipe off. 3. There is a whole lot of refrigerator space, and it goes deep - so much so that I felt the need to buy clear containers I could pull out to access everything. 4. I was indifferent to the whole Smart aspect until I used it! Very convenient to be able to change settings on my phone. 5. I love the black stainless steel, and for those wanting multiple color options, this is a good refrigerator choice. Cons: 1. There is so much refrigerator space - especially with the flex drawer, that you have less freezer space, especially with the two different types of ice. You will have loads of ice, but I really like a lot of freezer space and this has been a minor annoyance for me. 2. Because of the thickness of the doors and how wide they swing, it definitely took up more width to open them than the same side-by-side I had prior, hence having to take out a cabinet! 3. You can only store can-sized sodas in the handy section mentioned above, so that limits what you can have quick access to. Overall, I do like how this looks and many things about it, which is why I picked it to begin with. If it had more freezer space I would have loved it as much as I had wanted to, which was really just a misjudgment on my part!

We've only had it for one month, but so far we're loving everything about it. Not noisy at all, except when it was first making ice. Lots of inside storage, the flex drawer is great for snacks and like that we can change it to freezer status if needed. We're a family of eight and haven't run out of ice, just takes getting used to ice maker being in the freezer. We all love the beverage dispenser and have already made flavored water. Just wish the compartment in the freezer for meat went up higher separating the bins.

I love this monster of a fridge. It is huge (29cf) and I imposing. The beverage door is my favorite part of it for my wife but I like the 2 bin ice maker that makes large and small cubes. The flexible drawer is really cool but we haven't tried all its features yet. I just realized that there is a Wi-Fi feature but have not got into that either. It's like a giant toy that will hold all the food, fresh and frozen, that I will ever need it to. Buying out was handled smoothly by Best Buy staff and the price was high but fair for all this beauty can do.

We bought this fridge at a great price for a house we just bought and don't have any hard complaints. Toke a hot minute to get it set up through the Smart Things app that Samsung has but finally got it linked. The door sensor comes in handy when I forget to close the doors. I did think I had a problem with the freezer making ice. But just turns out I needed to pull the ice forward for the fridge to not think the bins were full. The fridge is only like 3 months old and promise to update if my opinion changes but for now it's a good buy. I did make sure to spend the extra $500 for the geek squad protection to give me some peace of mind should I need it.

A lot of nice, easily accessible storage. The flex drawer is a great touch - we are using it for cheese and meats. We got the clementine glass finish, and it looks like a decorative modern cabinet in our home rather than a typical bulky refrigerator. Also runs quietly. Sitting about 10 feet away from it and can just make out the hum of it softly working away.

My family loves the new fridge design. The auto fill pitcher and ease of access are great. The flex drawer is a huge it. We are choosing this to be a beverage draw which allows more room in the fridge for food. Also, you don’t have to search through the fridge to find a soda or water.

This fridge is amazing. The storage space is perfectly planed, hidden water stays clean and easy to use. The double ice maker is amazing.

We’ve had the Samsung Bespoke fridge for about 6 months now. I absolutely love it. Zero complaints. Two sizes of ice is so nice for different drinks.

We have had this refrigerator for 11 months now and we love it. We have had zero issues with the ice maker, live the hidden beverage door and water dispenser. The crisper keeps things crisp and the middle drawer is great for lunch meats and snacks for the kids.

Just got the refrigerator installed (good Job guys) and refilled, Love it! Great space in all parts of this refrigerator and freezer. The beverage bar works perfect for us and the middle draw in the works wonderful for all the smaller stuff or meats (We use the refrigerator function). Easy assess to frozen items in the lower freezer section with plenty of room in the full pull-out freezer draw. I really like the ice maker in the freezer section and that the settings can be change from filling one of the ice container or both.
