I sold my house with this fridge and purchased again for my new house. Takes some getting used to no handles but looks great!

We’ve had this refrigerator for about a month and are returning it. While it’s sleek and modern, several usability issues make it impractical for daily use. Handles The lack of handles was our biggest issue. Both my husband and I instinctively reach for where handles should be, leaving fingerprints across the front despite the “fingerprint-resistant” finish. After a month, it still felt unnatural. Water Station Door The water station door isn’t intuitive. Without a handle, finding where to press or pull each time feels clumsy. What should be a simple motion becomes a small but constant frustration. Water Station Space The water station takes up a large portion of the left door’s interior. If you store a lot of condiments or ingredients, you’ll lose valuable space. The built-in pitcher is convenient, but the trade-off in usable storage isn’t worth it. Freezer Door Again, no handle. We didn’t realize how much we relied on a good grip until this design. It looks clean but feels awkward every time. Freezer Drawers Inside the freezer, the two-tier drawer system isn’t smooth. The top drawer for ice and smaller items blocks access to the lower section, so you end up fumbling around to reach what you need. Visually, it’s a beautiful appliance, but day-to-day function matters more. For us, the design choices sacrificed practicality for aesthetics, and that made it a return.

The layout of this fridge is amazing. The middle part is great for my kids snacks and drinks. I love the notifications if the door is open too long.

The smart refrigerator can be connect with a smart phone to control the temperature, ice maker, and notify you when the door is left open.

So far this is the nicest fridge we have ever owned. Still working on our remodel so I cannot speak to its cooling abilities. So glad we wentwith the beverage center

The most amazing fridge I have ever owned and seen. The beverage center is always a talking point and so easily accessible. The freezer has a lot of space for storing weeks worth of food.

Love the fridge and the look! Only minor criticism is that with no handles people put their hands all over it and get fingerprints on it!

I knew when I saw Samsung I wanted it! Plenty of storage, I love the freezer is down low and the ice and water dispenser are hidden. I love I can change up the panels for different look when I get bored and want to switch up decor. It alerts when the fridge door is left open. My fruits remain crisp a little longer. This is not just because I’m a fan of Samsung but it really is a nice fridge and works for my household.

Love the sleekness of the design. The auto fill pitcher is the best part. Never have to worry about the kids drinking all the water and not filling the pitcher back up.

We love this fridge! Honestly the beverage center is amazing. The autofill feature is great if you are a forgetful person that is busy.

The sales person was great. Answered all our questions. Refrigerator is great. I think I would’ve liked the ice dispensed from the door, but this works fine.
