We like it, but did like the ice maker and water dispenser in the door. It was the water line heater that broke and couldn't be replaced (in the old refrigerator). This one is working well and we have accomodated to the ice maker and water being inside the door and freezer.

My complaint is with the delivery and set-up. There seems to be miscommunication between the salesman and the delivery team. Eventually I was able to negotiate a resolution. ( $$$$)

All of our other major appliances are WHITE, including a 10+ year old Samsung 4 door refrigerator. Too much hassle to try and rectify. However, features are great, other than the color match.

They have the best employees on the floor for customer service very amazing.
