The looks nice, but beyond that there hasn’t been much to be excited about. The fridge arrived damaged. All the panels were dented. I do like the water pitcher feature, but the ice maker doesn’t make much ice. It’s enough to fill two cups and that’s about it. The functionality of the inside space is just ok. They put too many shelves on the doors the space between them is so narrow you can’t fit anything f in them.

The associate was friendly and done a good job helping us but you could tell that appliances was not his expertise and he went out of his way to help us.

I LOVE MY REFRIGERATOR -VERY SPACIOUS AND WHAT CAN I SAY-I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT IT.....MY FAMILY AS WELL LOVES IT.....LOVE THAT IT DOESN'T HAVE ANY HANDLES...I WOULD ALWAYS BE CLEANING THE HANDLES ON MY OLD REFRIGERATOR....

I’ve had problems with this refrigerator from day one! I’ve had to have the filter compartment serviced every 6 months because it leaked after changing it. The filter compartment where it’s housed has been replaced twice. It’s leaked to a point of causing flooding in my kitchen all the way to my office. Best Buy refuses to replace the fridge. The last time they said I didn’t push it in far enough. That’s a lie because it wouldn’t connect if it wasn’t. Samsung refrigerators are horrible! Best Buy’s customer service is worse. DO NOT BUY THIS BRAND! And do not trust the warranty. You still end up coming out of pocket after 1 year.
