After 3 years the item broken the fridge section would not stay cool and I called out to get it fixed and they quoted me $1,300 for the issue at that point I went and bought a new fridge. It has good amount of storage but only working for 3 years idk about thag

I love this refrigerator. It is very easy to use and the drawers and ice maker are well placed and efficient.

Ice Machine broke 3 times - Samsung Customer Service was horrendous. Wait time for over 9 hours (3 p.m. to after midnight for a return text) - finally connected with them the following day and they slow walked a long string of steps for me to "troubleshoot" the fridge, only then to challenge the warranty (I'm 6 months after purchase). After arguing for 2 hours they finally scheduled a service

Defective product sent twice. I had to choose a different brand. Honestly, i like the way they design the product but not at this time. It needs intensive quality control.

Ice maker is not working.

I just bought this fridge 3 weeks ago and the ice maker stop making ice.the very first day it took so long to start making ice then it was very slow it work for few days and sudenly it did not do any more ice.poor quality ice maker

Product was damaged on delivery and sent back. The new delivery has been canceled 3 times and I have yet to receive the fridge. It has been 4 weeks now and no fridge. Maybe it will get here on the 4th attempt who knows

I feel like the height of the rows you only have 1 option. And i cannot fit any drinks upright if not at the doors.

Awesome refrigerator only thing is water that is dispensed is kind of warm.
