    Freezer panel door cam in damaged 2 months ago and still has not been replaced. Call customer service a d they never answer. Leave messages and calls never get returned. Terrible service!

    Waited for 2 months for what I purchased, when it came i settled for a color i didn’t purchase so i wont wait any longer. A 3 door frig with no cover on doors and 3 kids is an accident waiting to happen

    This is the color I ordered, after waiting 2 months for the doors to my frig and 2 deliveries gone wrong, i settled for a color they told me they had in stock or wait another v5 months - not happy

    I GUESS IF I RECEIVED THE REFRIGERATOR, I COULD DO AN REVIEW, CONSIDERING IM STILL WAITING ON MY REFRIGERATOR AFTER 2 PLUS MONTHS, MAYBE BEST BUY SHOULD SEND THIS REVIEW TO PEOPLE WHO HAS RECEIVED THEIR REFRIGERATOR. BEST BUY WANTS ME TO PAY EXTRA TO RECEIVE A REFRIGERATOR THEY HAVE IN STOCK. INSTEAD OF TRYING TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE, THEY WANT MORE MONEY

    This part is useless without a refrigerator to attach it to. Several deliveries scheduled, with several cancellations. Unless you want to wait FOREVER for a refrigerator, go elsewhere.
