The only thing I wasn’t really happy about is that in order to steam cook I’m required to spend another $250 for a pan/ lid from Samsung.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Please don't purchase this item, bought it brand new and it broke out of the box, so Best Buy sent Cone Appliance to the home to fix the door that was broken, and they couldn't fix it. So Samsung paid me for the item for me to purchase another one, i did so through Best Buy again bad idea, it's going on April, and haven't received it yet and this been since the end of 2024, customer service sucks.

Mildred is a rock star!

She deserves more than 5 stars. We just returned and bought a great vacuum from her. Mildred knows the products and program and I will drive past several Best Buys to work with Mildred.
