Horrible service and lies “Best Buy is the issue!!

Horrible experience, ordered an expensive fridge and they bring me out one that has a cut in the box, get home and several drawers were broken these drawers were very expensive. I live really far away about 1 hour and could not get help from customer service. I was promised a $400 refund and they never gave it to me. Horrible service. Will never buy an appliance from them again. They even sent one guy outside to load the fridge. No wonder it was broken

I am extremely disappointed with my refrigerator purchase and the service that followed. I bought a 2-year warranty plan with Best Buy, and right after those 2 years expired, the water dispenser stopped working. I contacted Samsung directly, and they told me the part I needed wasn’t available. Instead of resolving the issue, they tried to charge me and even suggested I purchase another water filter—even though I had already bought two genuine Samsung filters and was still having the same problem.
It’s been over a month now, and the issue remains unresolved. The customer service from Samsung has been terrible—unhelpful, dismissive, and unwilling to stand behind their product. For the cost of this appliance, I expected much better quality and support. I am genuinely questioning purchasing any more Samsung products again after this experience.
