The Google calendar took some getting used to given we all own iPhones, but now that we’re in the habit, so nice to have all of our activities front and center. Have had an external ice/water station for over 20 years prior to this and don’t miss it one bit. Love the two different types of ice with sliding cover to keep the ice clean. The autofill water pitcher is awesome. And the added and more efficient fridge space has been a game changer. Very thoughtful design that has allowed us to organize our food better.

I haven’t synced photos yet but I like the abilities if I want too. Toddlers love the white board. That saves me cooking and knowing they are right there with me.

Not to mention Samsungs incentive program which gives you a credit in the amount of replacing your door panels or you can opt to use it to shop other Samsung items. Its like i got two fridges. Or i could have got the bespoke microwave. Nice!

We have provided below the recommended actions when the refrigerator does not cool properly. We suggest checking the attached troubleshooting links on each step for other helpful tips.
1. Check if your food is spoiling.
FoodSafety.gov has an extensive chart for how long food stays fresh when stored in the fridge or freezer.
The fridge may not feel cold if you're feeling the temperature of the air, since all the cold air rushed out when you opened the door. Touch some of the food objects in the fridge (like metal or glass containers) to get a better idea of how cold the food is getting and judge whether the food is spoiling or not.
2. Leave 2 inches of clearance at the back, top, and sides of the fridge.
The fridge expels heat as a way to cool. If it is in too tight of a space, the heat will be unable to leave. A 2-inch gap on the top, back, and sides is enough to allow circulation.
3. Keep food 2 inches clear of the interior vents.
The air inside the fridge needs room to circulate as well. The vents in the back need the same 2 inches of space to allow the heat to escape.
4. Keep your fridge at least 2/3rds stocked.
When the fridge door is opened, all the cold air is let out, and warm air comes in. Keeping your fridge stocked at least 2/3 full reduces the amount of air your fridge has to cool every time the doors open.
If the fridge is well organized, you'll spend less time with the doors open.

5. Set the fridge temperature colder
Adjust the temperature to a lower setting and use settings like Power Cool or Power Freeze when even more cooling is needed. The Flex Zone (if your model has one) can also be adjusted to various settings for different types of food, and some are colder than others, by design.

6. Keep the inside and outside of your fridge cool.
Keep the fridge away from heat.
Keep your fridge in a climate-controlled area, out of direct sunlight, and away from other heat sources like an oven or cooktop. In addition, warmer environments mean warmer air that gets in whenever you open the doors. However, an environment that's too cold (below 55°F) will cause the refrigerator to work harder to cool, which can reduce cooling performance.
Let food cool to room temperature before putting it in the fridge.
Putting hot food in the refrigerator raises the temperature of the compartment as a whole and reduces the shelf life of any other food you put next to it.
7. Keep the door seals clean.
The door seals keep warm air out. If they are dirty, they will fail to create a vacuum seal. You'll want to keep the seals clean to prevent this. You can quickly clean them once per month using a damp cloth with dish soap.
Note: If you notice frost or condensation on the interior edges near the door seal, this indicates a likely spot where the door is not sealing properly (see next step).
8. Test the door seals.
You can test to see if the door seals are sealing using a piece of paper, such as a dollar bill. Place the dollar bill halfway in the door, close the door on it, and then pull the bill out. If you feel a slight resistance, then the seal is working. If the bill slips out easily, double-check that the seals are clean and try the test again. 9. Keep the doors shut.
Every time you open the doors, all the cold air rushes out and warm air comes in. So, it's best to avoid opening the doors when you don't need to.
Our Family Hub refrigerators (and some other models) have cameras on the inside, which sync up with your phone to allow you to peek inside. Add your fridge to SmartThings to activate this function. Family Hub models can also use the Family Hub panel to View Inside as well.
10. Request service.
Important: If your refrigerator is running, food is not spoiling before its normal expiration period, and the fridge is not displaying an error code, then service is not required.

The freezer is amazing. It fits way more than I thought. The things you can do on it, listen to music, watch tv, add pictures, draw, leave notes. Pretty cool refrigerator and very pleased with it. This is a very nice fridge. It is quite and it looks nice. The door opening took a while to get use to, but now it's not bad at all. I like the big and small nice cubes it makes. The beverage door opening with the pitcher of water is very nice. I like cold water on the spot. The screen is also a nice feature to let us see the calendar, weather, and music while cooking in the kitchen.

It connects to WiFi and the possibilities are endless. I have music while cooking, it recommends dinner options, have tv and shows while in kitchen, tells me my groceries I need, I always have a full pitcher of ice cold water! I really can’t say enough about how awesome this frig is. It can do so much more!

I think what my family loves the best is the beverage center, where the water pitcher fills up automatically, and you can infuse it with lemon, cucumber, etc. Plus, the ice maker produces two different kinds of ice. I love it for pulling up recipes on the family hub, as well as playing Spotify while I cook. Highly recommended!

Was easy to remove doors since I had measured the door ways and barely had 1” clearance, but it wasn’t enough due to straps movers needed to get my fridge inside the house. They hauled away my old one and left the fridge on my front porch. I was left with having to get it inside the house. Thankfully, it takes minimal tools and just a short video on the DIY. Removing doors and inside shelves made it easier to lift up 6 steps to front door. Made it inside and replaced the doors, installed water line, plugged in. My wife thinks it looks great and it is super quiet and efficient.
