Great refrigerator by Samsung. Nice design with interchangeable colorful panels.

Avoid this refrigerator and any "up charges" $3600 refrigerator didn't last over a year, lost $800+ in food and had to go buy another refrigerator, avoid Samsung products all they do is break down

Good product however it took me 4 months to get it. After numerous cancellations from Best Buy and rescheduling. Finally when i recieved it they just dropped it off and didnt install it.

Not only did they deliver it....They also installed it.

They arrived almost 2 months later after refrigerator was delivered. A BestBuy representative told me on a phone call that a discount was going to be given for the inconvinience and as today nothing has happened. Currently Lowes when you buy the refrigerator panels are free. I had to purchase 2 other panels since the once bestbuy sold me dont match the other samsung appliances I purchase.

Perfect black matte with charcoal glass top panel

The matte black steel panel is perfect with the charcoal glass top panel. Fingerprints wipe off easily with a soft cloth.
