Amazing washer!! Very quiet and does an awesome job!! Very happy with my purchase of this beautiful appliance!!

Product is awesome, 1st installation was the worse, took several weeks for a new machine and proper installation. Best buy has good products, installation team needs to be reevaluated.

Nice washer seems to do the job, efficiently and quickly. Ai seems to actually work and adapt to your typical settings. One thing to note, it seems like on the preset settings you can't make changes such as hotter or colder.

Aesthetically speaking-this machine is just beautiful. Looks sleek, modern. Operationally-it's amazing. Clothes are clean, no lingering, weird front load smell. I’ve had LGs before and always had issues. Not the case with this machine. Also got the pedestal to complete our laundry room.

My basic unit broke after only 8 months which never happened to me before. I was able to upgrade to the top model a larger more quiet model for the price difference. The new unit was worth the extra Would never buy top of line before, but now I understand the value of getting better quality. Lesson learned. Buy this unit, you won’t be disappointed!!!

This washer is amazing. We love being able to control it with smart things. I had a smart washer in our old house and was disappointed when I couldn’t take it with us so we are very pleased to have the set.

Washer does wonderful job of cleaning clothes. Its wash cycle is fast compared to my old washer. I would love to have the instruction book, but it was an open box and did not have the booklet in it.

I have done about 4 to 5 loads so far. It’s much easier to operate than I first thought. I have reviewed the manual. That helped a lot. At first I wanted buttons to push but turning the knob and choosing is just fine. I like the song at the end. It’s much better than my old buzzer.

Units worked fantastic! Whites thats had stains came out white due the steam function. Overall quiet throughout its cycle. Happy with its performance.

We bought all of our kitchen appliances and washer amd dryer from Samsung. We have now had these appliance for just over two years and my dishwasher, microwave, and now the washing machine have crapped out. We will never buy Samsung appliances again. The Samsung Bespoke front load washer seems to have a major flaw in that the plastic material around the counterweights cracks and breaks. I thought it had to be some kind of fluke that this happened to our washer, but after research I found so many other people that this has happened to. Absolute garbage of a machine.
