Love this washer! This replaced a previous Samsung Front Load washer that was a 2010. It started having an issue with occasional water in the drum. The replacement part would have been a very insignificant fix if the part was available. Unfortunately, we couldn’t locate it. We decided to go ahead a purchase this new set to avoid any future issues. We love the quality of the Samsung washer and dryer and this has not disappointed us. We love the larger size! The unit stays very clean with no odors at all. I am geeky but the app seemed like it wouldn’t get much use. But I connected it anyway. I love how the app notifies me when the load is done. The options are plentiful and I love the improvements to the design inside the drum. The clothes are actually cleaner!!! They did a fabulous job designing this one and I see the difference in the way it washes the clothes. Love the light too!But we careful, you might just be tempted to sit in front of it and watch it wash the clothes since you have the option to turn on the light while it’s washing! LOL!!! Get this one, you can’t go wrong! NOTE: We did not want the one that allows you to load a bunch of detergent into it. So we chose this one. We use the pods and simply toss them in after adding our clothes.

It's good, but it has some flaws. I was expecting a bit more from an AI type of washing machine. There are times when I wash a maximum of 7 bath towels, and the whole washing machine would move from one place to another. In my mind, I would think its overloaded for that to happen. However, I did contact Samsung and they claim this is "normal." I really doubt that is true. Another thing is that they mention this washer uses "less water" to help with water bill. Honestly, with that feature, I come out to discover my clothes are still dirty for that reason. I wish there was a way to turn off the less water feature to use more water for cleaning my clothes. But overall, the machine works great like it should, I love the other features and its great for what it does.

I love Samsung products and this washer doesn't disappoint. The vibration is quieter than my older appliance, the size is great for larger loads. I only wish I could silence the songs when the cycle is complete. Its sings too loud, to long.

This Samsung washer is very efficient, the minimalistic design makes it very simple to use and makes almost no noise while operating.

This is my first washer and cant tell you how much I love it. No issues so far and washes my clothes so well. Some reviewers here have complained of nasty smells that come from the inside of the washer but thats because people dont take good care of it. ive taken good care of mine and no nasty smell. I highly recommend getting the extended warranty just in case it breaks down in the near future.

I am very happy with this product it has great load capacity and washes my clothes very well. It also has a self cleaning feature that I am very pleased with. Last, it has various options for customization which is great.

8 month review. It runs really great, very efficient and quiet. However, so was my last Samsung washer until it catastrophically failed. Thank god for AMEX extended warranties. It'll give credit where it's due, but all these washers are going to have a bad egg in the batch.

Machine is quiet, and user friendly. Nice copacity size.

Works fine. Good selection of cycles. The play/pause button on panel should light up as it does on washer. Had technician look at it and conformed that’s the design. Kind of irritating.

Excellent washer. Very stable and almost no noise during the rinse/spin cycle, even with a large load of towels it does not shake or rock.

It’s a great appliance to own, we’ve had it for a couple of months now, it’s quiet it hold great amount of clothes and it very convenient with the features it has. Nevertheless, it has only just come to light today, and it has barely been five months since the initial occurrence.

I've had this machine for over a year now and the ONLY thing I can complane about is the way too long end of cycle chime. Great machine

This is a great washer. Large capacity, I washed 9 pairs of jeans and two denim shirts at the same time. I'm tall so my clothes are big. I would definitely purchase again. In the short term, the next purchase will be the matching dryer.
