I am very impressed with the Samsung Bespoke 5.3 cu. ft. Ultra Capacity Front Load Washer. It is a great washer that is perfect for my family of four. It has a large capacity, so I can wash a lot of clothes at once. It also has a variety of wash cycles, so I can choose the perfect cycle for my clothes. The Super Speed Wash cycle is great for when I am in a hurry. It washes my clothes quickly and efficiently. The AI Smart Dial is also a great feature. It recommends the perfect wash cycle for my clothes based on the fabric type and soil level. I would definitely recommend this washer to anyone looking for a great washer. This Samsung washer is very efficient, the minimalistic design makes it very simple to use and makes almost no noise while operating.

It's good, but it has some flaws. I was expecting a bit more from an AI type of washing machine. There are times when I wash a maximum of 7 bath towels, and the whole washing machine would move from one place to another. In my mind, I would think its overloaded for that to happen. However, I did contact Samsung and they claim this is "normal." I really doubt that is true. Another thing is that they mention this washer uses "less water" to help with water bill. Honestly, with that feature, I come out to discover my clothes are still dirty for that reason. I wish there was a way to turn off the less water feature to use more water for cleaning my clothes. But overall, the machine works great like it should, I love the other features and its great for what it does.

I’ve been using the Samsung Bespoke washer and honestly, I’m pretty impressed. It’s huge—like, I can throw in my bedding and still have room. It looks super sleek too, definitely not your average washer. The smart features are cool; it figures out how dirty your clothes are and adjusts everything on its own. I can even start it from my phone, which I didn’t think I’d use much but actually do. Only thing is, the spin cycle can get a little loud sometimes, but nothing crazy. Overall, it’s made laundry way easier and actually kind of satisfying.

This is my first washer and cant tell you how much I love it. No issues so far and washes my clothes so well. Some reviewers here have complained of nasty smells that come from the inside of the washer but thats because people dont take good care of it. ive taken good care of mine and no nasty smell. I highly recommend getting the extended warranty just in case it breaks down in the near future.

I love Samsung products and this washer doesn't disappoint. The vibration is quieter than my older appliance, the size is great for larger loads. I only wish I could silence the songs when the cycle is complete. Its sings too loud, to long.

Bought this while in a stressful situation. Not the one I wanted but it was the only one I could get in 2 days and it only came in black. Way too much tech, the black shows every micro particle that lands on it. I was stunned to be told by the installer that it was a combo machine; it can wash AND dry. WHAT?? Why let me buy a dryer if this one dries too. So the sales man never told me that or that it’s ENORMOUS. It extends a good 4-5 inches farther out than my former washer. Never shop under duress. As a washer it does what it needs to do and is fairly quiet.

8 month review. It runs really great, very efficient and quiet. However, so was my last Samsung washer until it catastrophically failed. Thank god for AMEX extended warranties. It'll give credit where it's due, but all these washers are going to have a bad egg in the batch.

I am very happy with this product it has great load capacity and washes my clothes very well. It also has a self cleaning feature that I am very pleased with. Last, it has various options for customization which is great.

It’s a great appliance to own, we’ve had it for a couple of months now, it’s quiet it hold great amount of clothes and it very convenient with the features it has. Nevertheless, it has only just come to light today, and it has barely been five months since the initial occurrence.

Works fine. Good selection of cycles. The play/pause button on panel should light up as it does on washer. Had technician look at it and conformed that’s the design. Kind of irritating.
