I couldn't wait for the delivery of my new induction range! When I started using it, it completely transformed my cooking experience. The sleek design adds a modern touch to my kitchen, and the performance is simply amazing. The burners heat up incredibly fast, which saves time in meal preparation - I hate waiting! The digital dials are easy to learn and super precise, allowing your personal preferences to rule in the kitchen. The safety features are a huge plus, even if my kids are not that small any more, but it protests anyone from burning -the cooktop remains cool to the touch. Cleanup is a fast and efficient; spills don't burn onto the surface, making it easy to wipe clean. I also love the matt finish of the top - it looks very stylish. The oven is equally impressive. It heats evenly, ensuring perfectly baked goods every time. The convection feature assures any recipe turns out delicious! Another plus is that both range and oven are not heating up the kitchen like the appliances I used to own before! Cooking and baking is NOT a sweaty exercise! Connecting to smart things app was also very easy and getting notification of when my food is ready while I'm not in the kitchen is something new I'm getting used to, but it is so helpful! Overall, this induction range is a game-changer. It’s efficient, safe, and aesthetically pleasing. Highly recommended for anyone looking to elevate their cooking experience!

We Love this induction range. Total control of the heat and a breeze to clean. More features than we will use, but simple with the smart app. Very nice looking with clean lines a nice finish.

My Samsung Bespoke Induction Range was delivered on 6/21/21. A small booklet is included with the range, but I strongly suggest you download the full manual from the Samsung website. I am very pleased with the range. I used the induction cooktop for making dinner, and the oven to make desserts. The induction burners are great not only because boiling water is so much faster, but the burners do not stay hot for long after usage. A digital panel replaces the knobs. It did not take long to understand the digital panel. Smart Things is an app for your phone that can be used to set your cooktop as well.

Love the fact that is an induction stove No heat at all when you are cooking. Small and ver sleek !!

Absolutely love this thing, can boil a giant pot of water in about 3:30. Won't go back to gas or regular electric.

Cooks twice as fast in my opinion. NO EXTRA HEAT GENERATED!!!! Especially important here in Florida. Because the hard top only retains some residual heat from the pan itself, food spills do not burn on and result in the extremely difficult chore of cleaning my old glass top range needed

Best stove I ever had. Easy to clean. Don’t have to worry about hitting knobs and stove turning on. Scratch resistant.

I love the new range. I just had,a heck of a time getting used to all the electronic settings. Also the downloadable user manual was a little tricky to get to. But as far as the range itaelf goes. My cooking time has just been cut in half. An induction range is the way to go!

Nice stove Love it easy to clean easy to use. Had some problems with customer service. Customer service had incorrect address for delivery. Had a very nice polite supervisor contact us and correct the situation.

Loving my new induction stove but wish it had a feature to do either electric or induction so I could use my favorite pots n pans still.

So much for "space-age" technology and being "virtually indestructible ". This cooking range shattered after less than 2 months of owning it, after my very lightweight rice cooker lid bounced off my chest and landed on the rangetop. This took it out of warranty, and Samsung has been nothing short of impossible to deal with. Very disappointed with this. And now i am stuck paying nearly $500 to fix something that should ha e been more durable.

If you are upgrading from an old oven, it is like going from an old family minivan with 350k miles on it, to a brand new super car. It takes some relearning on cooking times because of its get up and go. It can boil water faster than anything I have experienced. The stove top is easy to clean. The oven heats very evenly and makes cookies come out perfect. Having the option for it to turn off or keep warm after the timer goes off is a game changer. Only real issue is the controls have a learning curve and takes a little time because its a bit more complicated. This is balanced by its expanded options. Once you get the hang of it its fantastic!

I'm only a week into ownership, so I don't have too much feedback in the way of long(er) term reliability. Purchase/Delivery: Great. User experience with the purchase and schedule for delivery was flawless. Delivery service was prompt and courteous from scheduling through removal of my old range. Range Performance: Great. Again, it's only been a week but so far it's performed as well as I could have expected. The oven is quick to get to temp and holds it well. The burners on top are convenient and plentiful enough for our use. I have not used the skillet burner mode but appreciate having it and look forward to trying it out. Range Controls: Good. This is about the only knock I have for the range. The controls are all on the top (great) so accidental burner turn ons are no longer an issue. However, it's a bit more complex than it has to be to set controls. Also, for the oven, while using the timer it's VERY easy to set it to turn the oven off when the timer expires. Kind of nice feature in theory, but having to start the pre-heat process again because you didn't know about it was a bit of a pain. I'm sure some of these things will become easier with time, however. Range Appearance: Great. Love the sleek look of the stainless steel and dark glass for the oven and range top. Specifically on the range top, the 'scratch proof' glass is very much appreciated and I love the matte black appearance. Overall I highly recommend the range, just take some extra time to become familiar with the controls.
