Very quiet and efficient and It has a great slick look . We love it

Help in purchasing the product was excellent, the product is amazing!!! I don’t have much to say for installation, other than don’t use them, wouldn’t install my dryer vent because it ran u see a table to the outside (easily accessible) but was against their policy, so left me with 3k worth of new stuff not hooked up. Emailed in about it and heard nothing back to this day.

It’s a wonderful washing machine I love the automatic dispensing feature. It’s fast and quiet.

This dryer is the most effective one we have had in our house for a long time. It has different settings to make sure the amount of heat matches the load and type of fabric in the load. We are truly pleased with this product!!

Good value, good features. The steam feature, especially, is a great time savor and it's easy to use.

The dryer works well but i dislike that i cannot change the temperature on any of the settings

Dyer seems to be ok but it does not fit on the pedestal. The feet are different than what the newer pedestal requires to be attached. In one document I found, the older feet style requires an older clamp style that no one sells anymore. The only thing you can do is place the dryer on the pedestal and hope it doesn't fall off. Called Samsung and they said there is nothing they can do. I'm not sure if all the BESPOKE dryers are this way but check before you buy it if you want to use a pedestal.

Incredible appliances! We are extremely happy with the purchase. A little known fact when stacking the washer and dryer and using the Samsung stacking hardware there is a wire connector that comes with it that allows you to operate, select and control the dryer from the washer control panel without having to reach up to the dryer control panel to operate the dryer. This is an awesome included feature the Samsung does'nt market or advertise but should. That was a big factor in our decision to purchase the Samsung washer and dryer not to mention the sleek look of the Bespoke design.

Its so sleek looking, efficient, and easy to use. Has every function you could ask for. This is a great buy!
