The samsung installers for my combo machine helped put it on which was great because the machine is so heavy. Make sure you get them together so they can help!!

However difficult to clean/absorb small puddle of water discharge after removal of bottom unit filter after each cycle.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Best buy is not good to order this item from if you really want this item you can order it thru amazon or samsung directly i had tried to order this item thru best buy on nov 8 2024 they was going to deliver it and install it on dec 20 2023 they never did deliver it on that day still waiting on it they had me on dec 20 to reschedule the appointment to deliver and install it on January 30 2025 well on waiting on this item i went on Amazon order this on dec 22 2024 and they deliver it in one week time on December 29 2024 way sooner then best buy its the best item but it was because of amazon not best buy

It really helps to have the machine elevated and seems better than the LG ones we had on our previous equipment. There really isn’t much else to say about such a simple equipment but it does what it is supposed to do.
