The single glass water dispenser is not cool water; pitcher water gets cool eventually; best Buy did not fix it and technician said it is normal

This fridge is single handily the worst purchase I have ever made! I financed and recieved this fridge only a year and a half ago, and it is already broken! Not cooling on the fridge side at all. Samsung only offers replacement warranty on all parts for 1 year. 5 year warranty covers compressor and a few other insulated parts, which aren’t the cause of the problem. I would’ve purchased a warranty plan through best buy had the salesman told me that this fridge would break in less than two years! Absolutely ridiculous. Now I’m going to purchase a basic fridge for less than the cost od repairs, and still have to pay off a broken fridge that’s life doesn’t pass 2 years.

A correctly "leveled" refrigerator is not level from front to back. Refrigerators are designed to tilt back slightly, which allows the doors to close independently and facilitates draining. This will help close the door automatically and prevent the other door from opening. Learn more from the YouTube video.

Product was great until a month ago. The it stopped making ice. Called and tried to get it repaired but there is no samsung repair center near us. It has completely quit working now for 2 weeks with no delivery scheduled. Would not recommend buying a samsung appliance unless you live close to a service center.

The refrigerator is nice. It functions as it should. Before buying this refrigerator take in consideration that it is very deep and sticks out almost 12” past your cabinets. I wish the sales person would have brought that to my attention.

Fan gave out two weeks after warranty, which is based on purchase date. My fridge got delivered a month later as it wasn't in stock. Cost for repair: visit $140, future labor & parts $60 + $300, that is, a total of $500. So apparently the warranty kicks in the day of purchase, not when Best Buy delivers. Buyer beware!

Very elegant but when you open the fridge (right door) and you accidentally touch the censor on the other side of it. The freezer (left door) opens as well.

I purchased this refrigerator on a flash sale. Then after reading reviews of other Samsung fridges 2 weeks later I decided to add the warranty because of sensor issues. Best buy then turned around and charged me the difference between the flash sale price and the current price without authorization. Now they wont give me my money back. The only thing this fridge is missing is a middle drawer for meat.ABSOLUTELY love the ice maker in the middle of the freezer.

The fridge is great, still missing items and tech support isn’t really doing much about it, it took us awhile to get the water and ice going since the installers didn’t set it up or help us

Do not buy this from Best Buy. They force you to purchase a water connect kit that we didn't need. I told them at purchase we didn't need it. When it was delivered the geek squad took it back with them. So far it's taken 3 phone calls and 1 month and still no refund for this kit. You are much better off buying this fridge from somewhere else.
