Love the designs, the beverage station and most importantly how easy it is to take apart for cleaning!

After reading over review after review, I was excited to purchase this refrigerator. The first 3 months were great. Worked like a dream, until we'd had a bad storm. The ice maker wouldn't make ice, the water wouldn't come through and the freezer stopped working.
I lost a good bit of food and things happen, so I wasn't worried about it. After going through Samsung since it was under warranty they came out a couple of days later to fix it. According to the tech, the bad storm must have shorted the motherboard in my fridge.
Fast forward 10 months later, I get a notification on my phone about my freezer being unusually high temp. Thermal temped it and it was at 40 degrees. Went through support and they had me hard reset it and wait 4 hours before they could continue to assess the situation. Mind you at this time it was a little after midnight. Thankfully that solved the issue and I continued on my way.
Fast forward not even a month later and the same situation happens again! It's 2pm and I'm at work. Thankfully my wife was there and I guided her through the steps. Nothing worked. Now the fridge and freezer won't work and the water won't dispense.
When I got home I contacted Samsung and went through the exact steps. They then told me that they could send a tech but it would cost me for them to send out a tech and for parts. I stopped them right there and said I could send proof that I have a 2 year manufacturer warranty. Needless to say they didn't budge.
This is where big brother best buy comes in to save the day! I will continue being a customer here and probably shop more here. They understood my frustration and offered to replace the fridge because it was STILL UNDER WARRANTY. I can't thank best buy enough. I didn't know what I was going to do with a 250lb paperweight. Needless to say, I won't ever buy another Samsung appliance again.
Tl;dr
Fridge died on me 3 times within a year, Samsung support sucks and best buy saved the day. Thanks again best buy!

We absolutely love our new Samsung Refrigerator! Highly recommend this brand and model. Our daughter is so excited she named ours "Sammie!"

I am happy with the purchase . Installation went very smoothly. Only issue was the missing shelf but that was addressed and sent me a new one within a week.

I really like this refrigerator. The only thing that would be nicer is if it had another small crisper drawer. They could’ve made the top crisper drawer into two smaller ones. It’s pretty big. And the icemaker is a not the fastest and the fridge not very well lit inside. It could use some more lighting.
Stylish with nice practical features. Easy access.

The door design makes it eady to open with less risk of door failure as I’ve experienced with other friges from other makes. Handles can break off but these doors do not have handles but easy to access door slots. I prefer this ice maker system to door dispensers. It is easier to measure ice using the included scoop and less messy than having it splash into my cup. Time will tell but it seems it will be more durable and easier to maintain.

Having been without a refrigerator for most of the month is terrible. We purchased a Sam Sung refrigerator and had to wait that long for delivery. Once it was delivered it was great. The delivery guys were efficient and friendly. They replaced the refrigerator and had the new one going in no time! Good Job!!

So far so good, I really like this fridges. No fingerprint material and smart connections with the app. I choose this one for my mom so she can get the filter water from the fridge. Large space for my mom so she can cook more.
