I actually like it and it keeps everything more cool than other fridge

Unfortunately this refrigerator has been a disappointment. It will not make enough ice in one week to fill a 12 oz. glass and after 2 weeks, the compressor has started rattling with a sound similar to marbles rolling around in it. I would stay away from this newer product until they get the bugs worked out of it. Too bad, because it is a nice looking unit.

This fridge would be GREAT if not for the horrible ice tray design. The tray is slightly too narrow for the tracks and anytime you barely touch it, it falls off.
Pull the tray bout to get ice, it falls off. You then have to remove the entire tray and reset it in the freezer to prevent it from getting broken and to also ensure ther freezers continues to make ice.
Call Samsung about it, they want you to purchase a new part, not even discussing the dimensional flaws or what have you. King of ridiculous.
otherwise, a solid fridge, a little small for a family of 4 but you have to fit in a fridge into the space you can.

I purchased this refrigerator on a flash sale. Then after reading reviews of other Samsung fridges 2 weeks later I decided to add the warranty because of sensor issues. Best buy then turned around and charged me the difference between the flash sale price and the current price without authorization. Now they wont give me my money back. The only thing this fridge is missing is a middle drawer for meat.ABSOLUTELY love the ice maker in the middle of the freezer.
