As a Samsung refrigerator owner myself who has had nothing but problems (both with the refrigerators and customer service), it is my life's mission to try to keep any other consumer from buying a Samsung refrigerator. The internet is actually true in this case. I have two employees who also have Samsung refrigerators and have the same issues. DON'T DO IT!
