Speaking of ice, while the built-in ice maker took a little time to get going after the initial plug-in, once it started producing, it proved to be remarkably efficient at keeping the bin full throughout the day. We haven't had to worry about running out of ice, even during peak usage. Beyond its practical features, this refrigerator is incredibly efficient. It cooled down to the desired temperature remarkably quickly, a testament to its performance. The integrated smart features are a true convenience, allowing us to easily set and monitor the temperature directly from our phone via the Samsung SmartThings app. A delightful surprise was the auto-door opening/closing feature. It's a subtle but luxurious touch, especially the unexpected benefit of the door gently closing itself if we don't fully open it. It adds a touch of elegance and convenience we hadn't anticipated. Finally, the thoughtful inclusion of small LED lights near the sensors is a brilliant design element. During low-light movie nights at home, these subtle lights make it incredibly easy to see into the refrigerator without having to turn on brighter kitchen lights. This fridge has given me problems since I first bought it. And it only has 12 months of warranty and after that you are charged for service even though the door has a malfunction. It does not fully close and will leave your fridge door open with a crack and if you forget to check the door (even though on a new fridge that shouldn’t be something you’d have to remember) your food will start to warm up fast, especially in the Texas summer months. Again don’t be fooled by the pretty white glass door.. that you can use as a white board.. that’s the only fun feature about it.

From the moment I got it the ice maker didn’t work. It comes out in a block then leaks the water into the 2 separate ice containers and then it becomes 2 big solid blocks of ice

I’m in love with my new refrigerator! It matches perfectly with my kitchen decor. Having the water pitcher with the fruit infuser insde is lovely (it automatically refills with water, within five minutes). There is even a water dispencer for your cup, ease of use for children. There is plenty of space for food, becerages and my veggies really stay fresh longer. The freezer does exactly what its supposed to do BUT the space is plentiful and the ICE TRAYS are my favorite. Nothing like being able to get a nice glass of ice water. Cleaning is a breeze, no spending 15-20 minutes trying to figure out how the shelves and drawers go back inside. I’ll give it 4.5 out of 5 stars (thats ONLY because nothing is perfect!). I have NO COMPLAINTS, I’d certainly buy it again.

Love my new fridge! Pros: the ice maker makes 2 ice sizes, large ice and “bite size”! Love the cold water self-filling water pitcher. I like the smart app that controls the fridge and that it show the temp on the inside. Absolutely love the clean modern look of the white glass front. Lots of space & shelving. I like the the self opening door sensor because it needs it. The doors are hard to open without. But… Cons: the self opening door sensor for the freezer is annoying spot. Every time you get into the fridge you accidentally touch the freezer sensor and it opens. Also wish this came with a deli drawer option. I miss my deli drawer. All in all I’m very happy with my purchase so far.

This beautiful refrigerator is loaded with unexpected extras, like the automatic door-opening sensor, easy-to-access two-option ice maker, huge drawers and more. I was surprised at how much space this side-by-side refrigerator has. And the automatic-refilling water pitcher makes it easy to stay hydrated. The door "baskets" are much larger than I anticipated, and they hold tall items as well. Great refrigerator!

After years of having GE Profile kitchen appliances, I took a chance on something new and chose to buy this BESPOKE Side by Side Refrigerator in WHITE GLASS. I love the size of the freezer -frideg has ample storage room. Love the ice cube trays which are not outside on the door. Love the Beverage Center and use it every day? But: My kitchen appliances are white and What I am very disappointed about: THIS FRIDGE IS GRAY-IT IS NOT WHITE OR OFF WHITE and THE PANELS ARE NOT REMOVEABLE!

This is a spacious fridge freezer and met my needs. It had good reviews and was the price was not too high. The beverage center is handy and the ice compartments are easy to reach. The fridge side is slightly wider than the freezer side. If you need a cool compartment for deli items, this does not have one. On looking at the manual, it seems one has to get the light bulb changed professionally and one has to shut off the water to change the filter. The latter will be difficult, as the fridge freezer is heavy and does not move easily to shut off the water connection, which is behind it on the wall. It would be nice to know if anyone has changed the filter and how easy it is to do so. Access to the filter itself is not difficult and is at the bottom right inside the fridge.

This is the first refrigerator I’ve ever purchased and it surpasses everything I was looking for! It is not only beautiful, but it has a lot of room inside. I am especially impressed by the options for small or large ice cubes, and the Beverage Center is TOP TIER.

Very happy with this refrigerator. Sleek, stylish and lots of extras. Love the double sizes on the ice and its location in middle of freezer. Also the water dispenser inside is very nice. Highly recommend this refrigerator.

Great refrigerator. Enough fridge and freezer space for a family of 4. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a fridge that has an inside door beverage center for water and fruit flavored water and inside freezer ice maker that makes 2 different sized ice cubes.

The new fridge has so much more room than the one we replaced. The design makes organizing everything much easier and the beverage center along with the twin ice bins are an added bonus.

I’ve had this fridge for a little over a month now and truly it’s incredible. Top Specs: ice maker, easy open sensors on the doors, esthetic look and the built in water pitcher. Never thought a fridge could make life easier but the specs above (minus the look) have been incredible to have! Its glass so my first showed up shattered but the support team took care and found a solution quickly. Other than that, I’ve had issues getting parts to things that were not shipped with the original but the support team has been incredible to work with on that issue as well. Highly recommend!

Excellent purchase for a small family, fits in a tight space, but has ample space for storing groceries for a family of 4. Sleek design gives kitchen a quick updated look.

Had my fridge for about 2 months now. The Bespoke replaced my Kenmore side by side. Plenty of room!! The white glass doors look great and are easy to clean. Love that the ice and water are on the inside, I'm not constantly cleaning the fake grate where the water and ice fall. The water pitcher has a place for infusing water if you like and is self filling. The icemaker makes 2 different sized cubes and plenty of it!! We haven't run out which is a huge plus. I like the self opening doors which took a little getting used. So far I am extremely happy with this purchase! Would recommend.

Our 15-year-old LG refrigerator had gone out and repairing it was prohibitively expensive. We went to our local Best Buy and browsed the selections. After quite a bit of evaluation, we decided on the Samsung Bespoke model in white. It’s taken me some adjustment because I’m used to a big freezer drawer, but the side-by-side compartments make it easier to get to things, and everything is now well organized. My wife loves the beverage center and our son loves the two types of ice. It’s a win.

Great fridge, no complaints. We've really been enjoying the beverage center in particular--the pitcher has a small screened chamber for holding lemon/cucumber slices, to infuse water without any trouble. The 2 different ice cube sizes are also terrific--we use it all the time for mixing cocktails. Installation was a breeze, temperature is remarkably consistent, and our leftovers usually last up to 2 days longer than our old fridge. No complaints!
