SLEEK DISIGN WITH GOOD FUNCTION! We use the ice and water dispenser daily. Love that I can fill my larger water bottles. The design is unique and breaks character to our kitchen. Couldn’t be happier with this fridge, the service and delivery that Best Buy provided!

So far, so good: great amount of space, love the interior beverage center, controls seem easy to use. Two counter points: not having a crisper feature (which I would have thought standard technology, at this point,) takes some workarounds, but it's not the end of the world. What I really don't understand is why there is absolutely no ability to adjust the height of the main shelves. It can't cost that much for Samsung to add a couple of extra tracks for the shelves. My issue is that that there are some bottles I don't want banging around every time I open and close the fridge door, and the standard shelf height is an inch too low for wine bottles or similar. It's bizarre. There is one shelf, the front half of which slides back to create better height for the shelf underneath, but if you put taller bottles in the new space that gets created, these then block the remaining upper half-shelf and the back of the lower shelf, so you basically lose functionality/capacity on two shelves. I just don't see how a couple of extra tracks to adjust the shelf height wouldn't have been an obvious option or would have been too difficult to include. But, I'll figure something out. Very pleased with the purchase, otherwise.

I would honestly review this product and the Service I received from Best buy. I have had a seamless experience with Best Buy. The refrigerator was ordered in their Rancho Cucamonga store, was delivered in 2 days and the installation was so smooth. This product is amazing, lot of space and easy accessibility of things from the Refrigerator. The thing which I love is the sensor touch to open, less effort and quick open/close. I highly recommend this product to be bought from BestBuy.

This fridge is very well designed and is the most complimented by guest than any other refrigerator we've ever owned. I highly recommend it. They hit the ball out of the park with this perfectly designed refrigerator. The auto door opens by touch on both sides. If they open by mistake, they automatically shut. Neat feature I really like every time it happens. It might happen when going into one side or the other. Once it isn't opened, it seals itself back up. Buy with confidence when you buy the BESPOKE line.

This refrigerator is great , bright LED light that you can see very clear, doors open with the touch, nothing at the door filter water and ice inside , no fingerprint like in the stainless one that you can’t never keep it clean. Very happy with it.

Love this fridge, the only thing is that there is a weird awkward spot between the ice maker and the top shelf in the freezer. However love how sleek it looks. I use the doors as whiteboards to keep track of what I need when grocery shopping.

This is everything i wanted for a low price. Enormous makes two different ice. Water dispenser with a refill container on the sides. It makes a huge difference looks very fancy.

Perfect size for our small kitchen and doesn’t block our side hallway! The French doors are great and it works wonders for a family of 4! Not to mention it’s pleasing to the eye.

Well it's very beautiful in my kitchen and my family loves it, has lots of room.and wouldn't change it for anything, the water is fresh and the the two different Ice it's just great, I'm happy with it.

I am happy with the purchase . Installation went very smoothly. Only issue was the missing shelf but that was addressed and sent me a new one within a week.

Good Fridge, inside ice maker and water dispenser, we loved it, since outside the door with Samsung don't get along. Ice Tray shelf is kind of medicor, and ice weight makes it tilt. But no other complaints, the compressor and quality is pretty good.

We love this fridge. I love where the water dispenser is for my younger kiddos, they can reach it really easily! We love the look of it too!
