Price was right (matched a competitor) My only complaint is that the tablet does not wake up when the keyboard is flipped open ( it seems that samsung placed a sensor magnet in the wrong place) that's why I'm giving it 4 stars. Tablet does wake up when the keyboard is connected. Pen stays in place, keys seem to be sturdy I would definitely wait for it to go on sale anywhere and bestbuy is very good with price matching Unfortunately the sticker price is not worth it.

The cover protects adequately and conveniently holds the S-Pen close at hand. What I really like is the keyboard, though. The contoured keys have a comfortable travel distance to allow for fast and accurate typing. The tablet securely connects in place when opened. Particularly convenient is the automatic switch to DEX when connected with the compatible tablet. If you don't want it to switch, it can set up in the tablet settings.

I needed a cover for my new tablet and chose the keyboard cover for an added bonus of using an external keyboard if needed. Works very well but is small so need to be careful to make sure you hit the right key. The only con I have is the S pen holder. It detaches too easy and can be taken off completely. I like the holder but have had it fall off several times and worry about losing the pen. Small worry tho.

As a case, it feels sturdy enough to handle any reasonable drop. I wouldn't try and test it though. It's secured on the tablet via ridged plastic, and when connecting the keyboard magnets hold it in place pretty well. Easily carriable while in keyboard mode, given the strong magnets and grippy texture. As a keyboard, it types pretty fine. It feels adaptable, and the keys have a reasonable click and travel distance. It doesn't have an Esc key, which might be annoying if you're used to reaching for it. It does not have dedicated keys for Home, Back, and Recent Apps. Instead, you must hold the Search key (the magnifying lens) and press either Enter (for Home), Backspace (for Back) or "[" (for Recent Apps). As a pen holder, well, the placement of the pen holder isn't very ideal. It would be easier to push the pen in and out if the pen holder was parallel to the side of the tablet, rather than being parallel to the side of the keyboard. It would also be less in the way of the surface the keyboard would be laying on. It's also removable, but you can only place it on one side of the keyboard (the left side). Being right handed, it would make sense if I could also have it on the right side, it would feel more natural. If you typically use lumpy surfaces, the pen holder might pop off more likely. Now whether it's worth $75-$150 is up to you, but as a tablet keyboard, it works fairly seamlessly.

The keyboard makes using the tablet easy and efficient. It is easy to use and connects to the tablet even providing protection. I also really like how you have the option to turn the keyboard off and just use it as a stand. It's thin and whenever I want to I can just convert the tablet to a small laptop which helps a lot in my area of work.

I like the keyboard inside this case. The only thing that I would knock it for it the way the stylus holder is attached on the outside. My other case has a spot on the inside that secures it. This one doesn't secure it as well... I have had it fall out a few times now. Other than that I really like the way the key board works with the tablet.

Nice keyboard kinda pricey works pretty well protected pretty well

Coming from Samsung, the keyboard case is a sure upgrade to the tablet. It works great, fits great, and looks great. It does add bit of bulkiness to the tablet, and the tablet itself isn't light either. However, since I use it for emails and web browsing mostly, it surely helps in making the tablet more user friendly.

I set this keyboard and case up with my tablet an NEVER take it off. It has magnetic spots that automatically detected the keyboard an set my tablet to desktop mode.. I love this set-up now. Keyboard is nice and easy to type with as well.

This is a good keyboard and case. Wish the keyboard had backlit keys for nighttime but I know if it did it would have to be charged and drain the battery faster. It holds tablet at a nice angle for typing. It seems well made and the keyboad is just the right size. Easy to type on. I highly recommend this product.

Works great for me as I'm always on the go and don't want to always carry the laptop. Very happy with the keyboard's feel and definitely works great with the Samsung Dex. Be careful with the pen/holder --I did have to replace, as the holder broke off.

Just purchased this for my S4. DeX worked first time out. Keyboard feels really good while typing. Only complaint I have is with the pen holder. It holds the pen okay. But the cover doesn't hold the pen holder itself adequately. Otherwise, a great book cover for the Galaxy Tab S4.

This key board is very easy to use and connects right away the only thing that I am not happy with is that the tablets pen will not stay in the attached holder. So that is my only complaint just be careful as it will fall out and you will lose it.

Very nice cover, seems to have a little magnet to help keep it closed. I take the keyboard in the field with the s pen, s pen is great but the holder for it needs improvement. When the keyboard is down when taking a picture the pen can fall out

The keyboard is robust and the keys are well sized given the space constraints of something this size. It includes an S pen holder which could hold the pen a little more securely.

I purchased the keyboard cover so that I could utilize my tablet more. It syncs easily and is very much like using a laptop keyboard. It does add a fair amount of weight to the tablet but I don't travel with the keyboard so is not an issue for me.

This makes your tab s 4 work just like a small net book ( but one that is actually powerful). The keys rival some high end notebook keyboards but just a little bit smaller. It works seamlessly with the tablet, but is a bit pricey.

This is a great enhancement to the TAB-S4 and allows you to easily edit documents and other typing functions. It also works superbly as a cover for the TAB-S4. Simple installation and since it also works as a cover, easy to pack up.

This accessory is actually the perfect companion to the Tab S4. Now, that by no means is saying it is perfect, because it does have its shortcomings. But it is definitely a must if you are going to be using your Tab S4 for productivity purposes. The keyboard takes some getting used to, because it is a little bit cramped, but once you get the hang of it, it is great. It is extremely responsive and doubles up as a lightweight case. The biggest complaint I have is that it isnt a backlit keyboard, which is a real bummer. Especially for what the original price tag is. But at 50% off, which is the price I got it for, there's no better case out there.
