I bought this and the 10.1 inch Tab for my wife for Christmas. The case has a magnet that just isn't powerful enough to hold the tablet still. The biggest problem was it would turn the tablet off every time it moved just a little. The auto-on/off magnetic feature of the tablet caused this to happen so many times I had to return the case. The only nice thing about it was the tablet could be removed from the case easily. Now I've removed it permanently and bought my wife a nice non-magnetic case that's much better in my opinion.

Not a bad case for light protection. Not for high drops but for light bumps and falls. Snag this for the value.

I hadn't purchased a book style cover for my previous Samsung tablet. I just had a sleeve. Most of the book style covers had these tacky elastic bands to hold the cover to the tablet. Others had these plastic, snap in additions. When I purchased my new Tab A 10.1, I needed some type of cover. There was little information about this cover and how it attached to the tablet. But the price was right and I could always return it. I was wonderfully surprised to see that this cover was designed to magnetically attach to the tablet. I love the different folds that prop up the tablet for reading and game playing. Much better than propping it up by hand. But the best factor is the magnetic connection. It is strong but not too strong. The book cover has a cut out for the camera and doesn't interfere with any of the other edge connections - including the spen. Fabulous solution with no tacky adhesives. I would recommend this to anyone that likes the benefits of the book cover design designed perfectly for the Samsung tablet.

The case does not function well at all. Not that it matters to me, but the camera hole does not stay aligned with the camera lens. One of the viewing angle positions works well but the other does not stay up. The magnet is too weak or the fold in the case is too sharp. There is also nothing that keeps the case closed when not in use so it flops open easily in a bag. Unfortunately, this was the only case that Best Buy had in stock that fit my tablet and I need one that day as I was leaving on a trip.

Works great with the tablet; i though it was expensive, after all, it is just a cover but for $30......???

This Samsung Cover fits perfectly on my tablet is easy to hold. Love it.

Thought it would be a good fit for my Tablet, turns out one has to watch out, because the magnet is strong enough to hold on to the tablet, risk of dropping to the floor

Great quality for tab but doesn't stay in case. Magnet is too weak for me going to return it.

Nice but adds weight to an already heavy tablet and doesn't have a way to take out the s-pen without folding back the cover. But better than 3rd party cases that I tried.

Originally bought a cover from Samsung online but it didn't fit and had to wait several months just to finally get it so I was greatly disappointed. I saw this at best buy and figured I'd try it on the sample tablets just to make sure it fit the way it's supposed to. And wow, I was a happy camper! I love it. It's perfect.

The cover also has a magnetic area which helps it to adhere to the tablet.

high price for minimal protection...but appears to be the only option available.

This is the cover that fits the tab A with the s-pen. Magnetic attachment makes this a super easy install.

The designers of this cover were really on top of things. I love the way the magnetic field just grabs the tablet and it automatically goes into place. I also love the small flexible strip on the side that allows easy access to the stylus. The cover is lightweight and does a good job of protecting the tablet.

This is very poor engineering and invention. I expected a lot better from Samsung. I returned it and got my money back. Since Best Buy doesn't carry a protective case for Samsung Tablets, like the one for iPads by Otterbox. I bought one from Amazon. Just as great as Otterbox. Something like turtle case, I forgot. It was cheap and completely wrapped my Samsung 10 inch tablet for protection and it looks very cool.

Like the cover but trying to use it as a stand is not the easiest.

I use this style cover on every tablet and phone I own. Its the only one I would even consider using.
