Ended up purchasing this phone due to refusing to pay more than 200.00 for a phone, the only downside is the amount of ram compared to the big boys, and it will only update to android 6.0.1. Arrived brand new, excellent battery like, will last a full day with talking texting, gps, and Bluetooth. Charges fast and is water resistant. Screen resultion is fine for a phone, takes good pics, which will get the job done. A major improvement over my nexus 6, can only handle a 128gb card due to the amount of ram. But as a good everyday user that is better than budget phones, this is a good buy. Will dog this phone out until I come across another good deal on a refurbished phone.

Decent phone and size. Feels flimsy in the back...

This phone was easy to switch to. We just swapped the sim card and it was ready to go. Lots of apps available. My daughter and I had the J7 before and both had issues. I thought this would be a downgrade but we are very happy with this purchase. If they go on sale again would probably buy one for my husband as well.

Received a phone with all the accessories. This is better than using the wireless carrier's insurance.

I just want to let everyone know the only differences between the galaxy s7 and this phone is size and preinstalled videocall. I traded this phone in for s7 and was very disappointed. Long story short I returned the s7 and now have the s5 again!! #NOTTRADINGEVER

After only 20 min of using phone started to get really hot. Phone kept shutting down, saying it was over heating.

I can't complain about this phone. It's got enough memory and functions well.

I was worried about buying a pre-owned phone because I have never done this before. I am extremely happy with the product and the warranty from Best Buy!!!
