phone is study and clean. Screen is not too cluttered and battery can last a couple days sometimes.

At&T blocked service to this phone after BestBuy activated it because it was on their blacklist, reported stolen in October 2017. I bought the phone late November 2017. I spent 3 trips to At&T and 2 trips to Best Buy over a weekend sorting all this confusion/headache out trying to figure what was going on. At the end, the best buy employee was able to check on the computer and see what AT&T had reported to me, that the phone was stolen. It would have been extremely helpful if they would've checked this BEFORE selling me the phone. Thank you. I will never be doing this business with you ever again. I don't wish this experience on anyone!

This Galaxy S5 is a great phone. I was very surprised at the appearance of it. It looks brand new, never used. The phone sounds great and has tons of features not on my S3 love it.

To get the phone to recognize it needs to update to v.5.1.1 you will need to get hold of an at&t sim card, put it in, then check for updates. I was lucky to find the solution on a forum after looking around. If you don't know anyone with active sim card you can try an at&t store and see if they will let you use one real quick.

I bought this Samsung Galaxy S5 phone as a Christmas gift for my daughter-in- law. She has had nothing but trouble with it. It keeps shutting off and restarting in the middle of doing something. I have had the same type of phone for 2 years now and mine has never had this problem. It says online that it cannot be returned, which I don't understand if the phone is defective.

This phone is being advertised as unlocked. However when I took it home to Jamaica is did not work and I had to pay an additional USD$100 to unlock it. So I ended up the loser

I bought this phone to bring to Jamaica and it worked perfectly. It didn’t have the accessories you would get with a new phone -I hadn’t considered that. It sounds clear and has a decent battery life.

Only issue I have is when its about to fall asleep/brightness the bottom half of the screen will glitch but it doesn't effect how the phone works so I'll survive.

So easy to transfer contacts, photos and apps from old phone. Very pleased with product.

I work at Midway lanes and we can only run our laser tag system off a Samsung galaxy S4 or S5 so this phone works great

The phone started glitching after I charged it. It kept turning off every time I turned it on.

the battery lasts about 3 hours. After charging it full.

Bought to replace my daughter's phone. First one was defective after a month (screen was blanking out). CCR warranty contacted and had replacement in a week. Very easy to work with. Phone is working fine since. Has been in service now for 4 months and am happy with the end results.
