I originally was looking at getting a laptop because we had just gotten my husband one but then I really love my Samsung Galaxy Note 10,1. I have had my tablet for 4 years now through 4 years of school and she has served me well but she is slow. Wayyyy to slow and it was taking forever to do any function on it. I decided to go with the Chromebook because of it's tablet like abilities and I can type much faster than how I do on my off-brand bluetooth keyboard for my other tablet. I love the Chromebook!

this thing is great! The real test is when you are using Google Docs and Office 365 these are the most intensive apps for Chromebooks and this thing handles both extremely well! I've triedmany android apps, multi windows, multiple apps and the SCP handles them like a champ! Also It has a very streamlined look and it's super slim and light.

My mom got this and she is a senior. Larger screen which makes it easy for her to see. Set itself up and it suits her needs

This chromebook is a great mid range offering from Samsung! Touch screen and google play store work great! Highly recommend.

I financed this Chromebook for a friend who is looking to learn how to use computers and has no prior experience. I am an industry professional, and find that for the price, I could not find a better unit, which is both easy to learn and not wanting for power or speed. I would heartily recommend this model for beginners.

Very lightweight. Great bang for the buck. I wish the keyboard lit up and that it was a little easier to get apps on.

Beautiful chromebook. Screen is on par with the macbook pro retina screen. Fast boot time. Works great as tablet as well.

This chromebooks is probably one of the best laptops I've ever had. It is very fast because it runs chrome os, and it is very versatile because you can run Android apps right out of the box. The screen size and resolution are wonderful and the included Samsung pen is very useful when taking notes. Overall it is a very good computer

The Samsung Chromebook plus was a great purchase. I read many reviews and did research before I finally decided to purchase. I'm happy with my decision. It has a great display and love its sleek appearance. It"s fast and has a good battery life, about 10 hours with what I do. Love that it can also be used in tablet mode.

My son and I both got one. We love it. It's really fast, the picture is super clear, and it's perfect for what we need.

This is a fantastic product. My daughter uses it every day to watch movies and tv, do school work or email friends and play games. It's definitely an upgrade over the previous toshiba plastic chromebook she had, which still works, but was falling appart after 2 years of heavy use. Screen quality is on par with an iPad, and I feel this feature alone is worth the additional cost over other chrome books, it's really bright and crisp. It also offers a solid aluminum case, and pen tech and plays all the android games. Build and feel is better than most other chrome books, but isn't quite the solid build or feel of an apple iPad or MacBook, but cost is much less than a MacBook and the fact that it can even be compared at half the cost says something. It's light too...The keyboard is probably the weakest point but you get used to it. Overall I recommend for anyone who wants to email, watch moves, or write papers, which covers most students. I feel the only drawback is that chromebooks in general are not good for video editing. I have another computer for my daughter to use for this purpose. Overall I highly recommend this product.

Mostly wasn't happy with the lack of ports for plug ins (only 2 ports, one of which is the charging port), and then those ports were things you needed adapters to for your mouse, keyboard, monitor, etc. I don't think I fully understood that when I bought it. I had it for just over a week and used it all day each day I had it. The monitor I had, which isn't that old, never worked even though I had the correct adapter for it. I also wasn't really happy that in tablet mode, you could only have one screen up at a time. I've since bought another 2 in 1 and noticed the same thing, but that the ports are back the a normal USB. Just not my cup of tea. I had it exchanged within a week. I did like the screen size, I liked the slim size, the weight was light and easy to handle. When you turned it into tablet mode, it laid flat unlike some other tablets I've seen that have a little bounce to them.

This Chromebook was purchased for student to use in high school. The student and parents are happy with the choice.

For the price you get a device that is sleek, slim, has fantastic screen quality, and the ability to run Android apps. The big selling point for me to spend a little more on this was for the Android app support. To me this adds a lot of value since I can add more functionality to the device when I lose internet connection.

This laptop is great for quick and easy tasks. Very portable and light weight. It has an amazing screen and the keyboard is great too. The speakers are not the best, you can only hear well if the volume is at max volume. The laptop is well built but I have noticed it can bend if you don't hold it firmly in your hands

I did a fair amount of research before purchasing a chrome book, and in all honesty, this was not my first choice. I tend to go with the 'top picks' for initial consideration and, as a result, had settled on a different brand and model. When I found out that my choice was only available through online retailers, I went to Best Buy just to see what else was available from that same manufacturer. There I had a very knowledgeable and professional salesperson who walked me through the choices without pushing one over the other. After seeing and trying the various models, the Samsung Plus was a clear favorite. It is a solid looking and feeling machine with a firm keyboard. The screen is beautifully clear and vibrant. This chrome book converts easily to a tablet and to a stand for viewing movies, and it comes with a built in touch pencil. It is responsive and works well with several tabs open at the same time. I purchased this to replace a laptop, and have been using it primarily for gmail, google sheets, and google docs. I don't miss my Mac at all. This is a good, solid, chromebook at a reasonable price. It gets the job done.

I really like this Chromebook. Mostly use it for watching Netflix while riding my bike trainer, shopping online, etc. It's super fast to start up and very easy to set up. If you use an Android phone, this will all be very familiar. I have used the Chromebook "sheets" program. Works a lot like Excel, but I can access the worksheets across all my devices via the Google cloud. I am very happy with this product. The pen seems to work well, but haven't spent much time with it.

This was for my son's freshman year in college. He loves it! It's great for taking to class, sturdy and easy to use.
