Very easy to use and functional. Light and travels easy.

I am so pleased with the screen resolution. It is crisp and super bright. The OS is smooth. The keyboard is fantastic. The pen technology surpasses that of the n-trig from microsoft's surface pro and surface book. Weight is light. It's still on the pricey side but I think the ability to download from the android play store is a big plus.

This is a well-designed Chromebook with a fantastic screen. No issues with having a lot of tabs open. It's a good but heavy tablet. The whole Play Store on a Chromebook is still a kluge. May apps work well but it often crashes. Google needs more time to get it right. Going to return it for now and look again at new products in the fall

We bought this for my daughter for Christmas for her to use for her schoolwork. So far, she loves it. It gives her the versatility to use as a laptop or a tablet. It's small enough that she can use it in the car or on the school bus. It is a good value for the price, especially since we bought it on sale prior to Christmas.

Love the form facor...very thin, light, and solidly built. Touch screen, battery life, and processing power are all very good. S Pen stylus use needs some work..great idea but not always accurate and jumpy. It runs android apps but many are not yet compatible. Hopefully these two things will improve with future software updates.

This was an upgrade to my old one with double the memory and a touch screen. I really love the experience of using it as I found using my iPad less and less as it has the best of both worlds of a touch screen and a physical keyboard. The only thing I wished was that the processor was a bit faster for the money paid.

I needed a laptop or tablet for browsing the internet and keep track of my finances, I don't play video games or need anything super powerful. Very satisfied and stencil is very responsive for drawing or sketching things. The chrome version of word and excel are very easy to use and extremely helpful plus I like the easy storage.

I've used Macs for over a decade, mostly recently a 2012 MacBook Pro. I wanted something with a better and less reflective screen but not the high cost of a new MacBook Pro. Pros: outstanding display, fast boot, very light, nice looking laptop, acceptable keyboard, Chrome OS is not as limiting as one may think, reasonably fast if you remember to log-out occasionally (once a day or every two days). Cons: WiFi reception is okay but much weaker than my MacBook, microSD card reader appears to be upside down, it "ate" a card that I inserted - i.e., it went all the way into the machine and did not come back out and is now lost somewhere in there. In bright light I can now see the contacts are on the upside of the card insertion slot. I would never have thought to insert the card upside down. I haven't used the tablet function much. I was hoping it would be easier to mark up pdf's using the stylus but it the same as on my MacBook, even a little more difficult on the CB+. It's not this machine's fault, there needs to be more software which takes advantage of a touch interface to fix that. Basic tablet functions, like reading a newspaper, seem to be fine.

It was a bit of a getting used to since I typically have used Windows based programs, but this laptop can do most basic items with the Google software built in. I wouldn't use this to replace a full laptop or computer if you have office type work to do, but it's great as a personal device. I would consider it a souped up tablet

can't believe the sound and power for this smaller speaker. it blew me away ,and I have bought many speakers at best buy

I had a samsung tab 4 that was running slow and needed a tablet for travel. So far its a dream great purchase for me

Since I have a Samsung Chromebook few years ago, this new one is much better equip-ed than the old one. It is easier to start the program because of the touch screen. The new chip works well with our fast internet service. I am happy with my new Chromebook and recommend highly to any one who does not like the Microsoft or Apple PC.

This products works well and travels well, not heavy or hard to comprehend. Good product for travel, easy to navigate.

Upgraded to this CB from a Samsung CB2, big difference! A bit faster/more powerful but the big bonus is the screen....way sharper/brighter. Chromebooks are way lighter than laptops and as capable in many ways. Perfect travel companion, my heavy laptop stays home when I travel. Only con, I would like to see a lighted keyboard.

My two daughter have a chromebook plus. They love it and Idon't have to worry about buying anti virus programs.
