Great for projects, email, reading, internet, etc. Nice integrated keyboard and like the full-service web browser and GPlay apps. Only suggestion is the plastic stylus be of a more sturdy metal. Have had to replace due to snapping in two.

Good bargain for the price. Battery life isn't the greatest if you intend on watching a lot of streaming shows. Shift key is starting to stick (there isn't a cap lock key). Good low cost investment if you are intending to use for school only.

Constantly freezes, can’t handle any activity. Sometimes apps don’t show up that you’ve arranged. Already had to power wash within first two weeks. Good concept just probably should wait till Apple pulls off something physically similar.

Chrome book has the right system and applications that I need to navigate in the web, I don't work at an office so I don't need all that extra stuff that it is usually included in the systems and that keeps interfering with performance

I purchased this to replace my Nexus 9 and have had nothing but good things to say. The chrome os is fluid, I have access to the app store. For me this is my go to machine. Might not work as a laptop replacement for all but it comes very close

This chrome book starts up so quickly. The picture quality is incredible. I also feel so much safer with sensitive financial information since there's no windows operating system flaws for nefarious people to take advantage of on this laptop.

This Chromebook performs like they all should, lag free and flawless. The screen is absolutely stunning, and the stylus and Android app capability make this the best Chromebook ever! I reach for this over my $1k gaming laptop most of the time.

Love the device. Can use in multiple ways. Only drawback is there is no USB to upload items from a phone for an external drive etc. otherwise perfect for a pre-teen/teen learning to navigate the computer world.

I originally went to the store to get a tablet. But after talking to the wonderful sales guy, I ended up getting this chromebook. I love it. It's so compact. It takes awesome pictures. I'm still learning how to use it, but it's terrific

I got this thinking it would be a great Chromebook. It was an ok Chromebook. The wifi signal on the Chromebook I had was bad it. was always low which made it very slow when trying to use the internet and other tasks.The buttons were mushy and not good at all , at least for me The good is I like the screen resolution ,and I liked that you could flip it around and put it in different mode for viewing or writing. The pens decent to. I think adults could get frustrated by this but a child might not know the difference

Good build quality, slick looking but scratches show up easily. One of few current chrome books that support Google Play Store which is great. Delete key small compared to common keyboards. Touchscreen very reactive.

THIS IS MY FIRST CHROMEBOOK AND I ENJOY USING IT. THE MONITOR IS VERY NICE RESOLUTION AND BRIGHTNESS. BATTERY LIFE COULD BE BETTER. I AM IMPRESSED WITH THE CHROME OS . THE STARTUP IS VERY QUICK. DEFINITELY GLAD I PURCHASED.

I love Samsung products, and find Android apps so much easier to deal with than my windows-based laptop. This chromebook does everything I need. And it gets bonus points because it is a touchscreen and has an S-pen. Great value!

After reviewing many Chromebooks, I decided on the Samsung Chromebook Plus and I must say that there are no regrets. Don't let the price tag discourage you from purchasing this Chromebook. It's well worth the money.

My only negative is it isn't a laptop. Initially was concerned about not being able to use Word or Office, but I found that I can run the app through the App Store.

This is not the most highly rated chromebook ... ASUS is. But it was the only one available ... a negative mark for Best Buy. The unit is fine, but it only has a single USB port (USB-C), a distinct disadvantage.

Owner of multiple Chromebooks including Asus Flip, Asus C720P, Acer CB3, and Asus C201. Was looking forward to this model with higher specs. Positives: Great performance with multiple tabs Lightweight and portable Decent keyboard and trackpad Awesome display and crispness Negatives: Intermittent crackling sound from speakers. Seems like a random issue as reported by other users with this model Android apps still not very performant when running on this device Price is a equivalent to some Windows laptops such as the UX360 which I also do own Ended up returning this device due to the sound issue

The chromebook was just what I was looking for. Although a little pricey, it had all the features I was looking for. Stylus. Keyboard. Tablet. The only downside is the costly extended service plan from GeekSquad.

Love the sturdy construction. Beautiful display, tablet mode, and S-Pen make this a Chromebook I can get some work done. Only thing missing, a lighted keyboard.

Got this for my 12 year old niece. It’s compact, doubles as a tablet, reasonably priced and doesn’t get viruses. Also comes loaded with the google doc and classroom that they use in school now. She loves it.
