Taking the dive into the tech because the sale price was right. Fridge works well, lots of room even getting the counter depth model. Quiet and can't hear it running. More usable space than our old one of the same size. Ice maker capacity is not great. Easy to clean which ia good since it does show fingerprints and such. I clean it daily because I like things kinda neat. The hub could use more apps and more customization for the touch screen. Not going to write everything that the hub can do but its handy and we use it daily. The web browser has java. The calendar can be linked to Google Calendars. Ties in with Galaxy devices nicely. It was installed by Geek Squad without incident or scratches. Great job guys.

Excellent entertainment options, music, web browser which you can watch YouTube videos. Stay connected with the whole family using smart phone to upload notes, pictures etc..

This fridge is the best I've ever bought. The triple cooling is so awesome. All the items in the apps and news, calendar everything is great.

Awesome fridge. Definitely not a necessity in life, but holy h is it neat. The inside of the fridge is very spacious and the exterior is sleek. Time, weather, notes to and from my husband, the ability to shop from my fridge, Pandora music whenever I walk into the kitchen, news stories, recipes, the ability to see if I'm out of milk when I'm at the grocery store and can't remember.... it feels like Minority Report. Definitely worth the expense (even though it isn't that much more expensive than a regular fridge) and I highly recommend it if you are at all interested. There are some drawbacks that I wish Samsung would fix, but it's not a big enough deal to dock it a star. The doors don't close easily; they actually kind of resist and pop back open unless you really push it all the way closed. The stickinote app is not very good or customizable. I can't add events straight to the fridge, or change the picture. Also, really wish I could change the screen saver to something other than a stock photo.

Jaws drop when guests see this appliance. It looks amazing. Operates like a top of the line $6,000 fridge should. The spacing inside as well as the ability to raise and lower almost any shelf makes it easy to fit anything. The touch screen computer on the right side door is obviously the highlight of the appliance. If you own other Samsung appliances (for example, a TV) you can sync them up with your new fridge/phone. Watching a TV show but have to go out to the kitchen to work on dinner? You can stream it right to your fridge. The features this appliance is capable of is far beyond any other refrigerators I have seen. However there are some crucial missed opportunities that bring the product down. They give you an Android platform based computer to use. They also give you a couple of apps to use. However, you can't download or add ANY apps. What you see is what you get. They also have a speech function just like an android phone would, complete with a button to tell you whether your microphone is on or not. However, it does not work. No, mine is not broken. The feature does not exist. The button is simply there because its based off of an android platform. There are several missed opportunities such as those mentioned above, that the $6,000 price tag starts seeming less and less worthy. That being said, I love this fridge. I do not regret buying it. And every guest that see's it is blown away. Which is saying something, considering its a refrigerator!

Great buy all around,, the only problem was the ice maker needed to be updated and a bigger sized rubber around ice return thru door area..otherwise great for the kids with screen and internet,, oh dont forget the music to vibe to while cooking or cleaning.

Love it. Having the ability to switch the bottom half to freezer / fridge is great. Having Pandora connected to fridge is great for listening to music while cooking. My son loves to doodle on the screen. Have not used the television mirroring yet.

The refrigerator on the outside is beautiful and modern. All my friends love playing with the computer and other interesting features. On the inside it's ok. I wish there was more space for longer Items. I'm not happy with the Geek Squat White Glove Experience. It comes with your purchase but it's very hard to schedule an appointment. As a matter of fact I have never seen them so far , one month after my purchase.

My family loves this refrigerator - the cabinet depth Samsung Family Hub. Do we need all the technology - no, but we certainly love it. I love the flex area. We are using it as drink area for soda, wine and cheese. The bins on the doors of the fridge are of sufficient size. It is pretty intuitive to use for most of the technology and easily synched with our home Wi-Fi. My daughters love the white board and Pandora. I caught my daughter using Pandora and dancing in the kitchen. We have only had the fridge a month but so far, so good!

OK, this is the only refrigerator you can pull a chair up to an entertain yourself or your grandkids. It has flexibility to store anything and does most anything you want on the front door. We have a picture slide show going most of the time with the music planning. It's awesome. It's a little pricey but worth the money.

This fridge is pricey but definitely worth it! It plays music, you can look up recipes, has a timer and much much more! Very spacious and I love that the bottom 2 can either be more fridge space or freezer.

Other then the price this refrigerator is a great entertainment piece. All our friends enjoy playing pictionary and listening to pandora.

I love this fridge! At first the touch screen seems like a bit much but honestly you begin to find many uses for it other than the obvious Pandora. The speaker is actually decently loud. My only upset with it(which kept me from giving it five stars) is that Pandora goes through this where it will tell me that I entered the wrong password and I know it's right... I just have to reset it and then it works. Can get a little annoying sometimes

Refrigeration, freezing, and flex portion are fantastic. Touchscreen and apps are wonderful (plays Pandora through my Bluetooth Bose). But big troubles using mirroring to my Samsung TV (just won't connect) and StickiBoard won't synchronize schedules with my iPhone. So 4 stars for the great styling and for all that works, but not 5 stars due to apps that don't connect like they should. Still, this is the fridge of the future.

It's an incredible machine. I'm not sure the built in computer is worth the extra price, but perhaps in terms of fun it is. If you are looking for really advanced technology then this is probably not it. If you want a beautful machine me that makes everyone go "wow". Then this is it

I was immediately intrigued by the commercial and ran out to find this fridge. I am not mad I did! I love this thing. I use the internet daily for my music and my daughter loves making cute notes and recordings. I love the flex zone feature where I can control the temperature of the seperate compartments. I use it as a wine chiller too! absolutely awesome High Tech but not over done for the house. Funny thing is my favorite thing isn't even all the high tech stuff, its that when i open the top doors and leave the bottom ones closed they act as an extra ledge to put groceries on there or when Im taking stuff out and my hands get full I can just pop it there and move around, its just me but I love that! lol.

Fridge lacks spillproof shelves, additionally the doors are a bit difficult to close, they do not close easily or automatically. There is a door ajar alarm which turns on after several minutes of door being open, but realistically a fridge this price range should have easy or auto close doors. Interior is cheaper plastic construction, Kitchen aid wood inlaid fridges waay superior . But despite knowing all this we still purchased it simply because it looks good on the outside. Was an easier and cheaper way to improve the look of the kitchen. The screen will only mirror a late model samsung tv by the way, and the operating system is not hacakble, there are no other apps. Basically buy the fridge if you like the looks, thats about it.

Ease of use, enough space for family of four and has lots of features I am learning. Video screen on door is very useful We have connected that to our Wifi and now I can watch my favorite TV shows while I am cooking. I can sync my TV to my video screen on the refrigerator. The refrigerator itself is elegant and does not make noise when compressor is running. Flexibility to make one freezer into refrigerator comes handy when we buy lots of groceries.

The fridge is great, but the 4 door concept is awesome. The touch screen is the cherry on top. The calendar has been so helpful, we can now see what events are coming up for my sons school and practices. Although I do wish the Spotify app would not have to be linked to my phone. I get calls so the music on my fridge stops, that’s annoying. I would rather login from the Samsung fridge. Overall a great purchase.

There are so many amazing features with this appliance, but I love being able to check what's inside from the grocery store. We can stream Pandora while we cook and stay connected with the StickiBoard app. It's great to be able to adjust the temp in different zones to use the space inside as we see fit. The best fridge on the market!
